Claims (6)
- 改良された流動性を有するアイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンドであって、アイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンドの１００重量部あたり：
（ｉ）エチレンと、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも１種のその他のコモノマーとの低分子量コポリマーであって、３５０ｄｇ／分より大きなメルトインデックス（ＡＳＴＭ Ｄ１２３８）を有し、アクリル酸とメタクリル酸を合わせたコモノマー含量が少なくとも５重量パーセントである、１〜２０重量部の低分子量コポリマー；および、任意選択的に、
（ｉｉ）超低密度ポリエチレン（ＶＬＤＰＥ）、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＶＬＤＰＥ、エチレンプロピレン（ＥＰＲ）ゴム、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＥＰＲ、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー（ＥＰＤＭ）ゴム、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＥＰＤＭ、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、２０重量部までの１種または複数種の添加剤
を含むことを特徴とするアイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンド。 - エチレンと少なくとも１種のその他のコモノマーとの前記低分子量コポリマーが、少なくとも９００ｄｇ／分のメルトインデックスを有し、少なくとも９重量パーセントのアクリル酸とメタクリル酸とを合わせたコモノマー含量を有していることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のアイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンド。
- 低温耐衝撃性を著しく劣化させることなくアイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンドの粘度を低下させる方法であって、アイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンドの１００重量部あたり、
（ｉ）エチレンと、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも１種のその他のコモノマーとの低分子量コポリマーであって、３５０ｄｇ／分より大きなメルトインデックス（ＡＳＴＭ Ｄ１２３８）を有し、アクリル酸とメタクリル酸を合わせたコモノマー含量が少なくとも５重量パーセントである、１〜２０重量部の低分子量コポリマー；および、任意選択的に、
（ｉｉ）超低密度ポリエチレン（ＶＬＤＰＥ）、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＶＬＤＰＥ、エチレンプロピレン（ＥＰＲ）ゴム、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＥＰＲ、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマーゴム（ＥＰＤＭ）、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＥＰＤＭ、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、２０重量部までの１種または複数種の添加剤
をブレンドする工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - エチレンと少なくとも１種のその他のコモノマーとの前記低分子量コポリマーが、少なくとも９００ｄｇ／分のメルトインデックスを有し、少なくとも９重量パーセントのアクリル酸とメタクリル酸とを合わせたコモノマー含量を有していることを特徴とする請求項３に記載の方法。
- 改良された耐衝撃性を有する金属顔料で着色されたアイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンドであって、アイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンドの１００重量部あたり：超低密度ポリエチレン（ＶＬＤＰＥ）、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＶＬＤＰＥ、エチレンプロピレン（ＥＰＲ）ゴム、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＥＰＲ、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー（ＥＰＤＭ）ゴム、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＥＰＤＭおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、２．５から２０重量部までの１種または複数種の添加剤を含むことを特徴とする金属顔料で着色されたアイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンド。
- 金属顔料で着色されたアイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンドの耐衝撃性を回復させるための方法であって、金属顔料で着色されたアイオノマー／ポリアミドブレンドの１００重量部あたり、超低密度ポリエチレン（ＶＬＤＰＥ）、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＶＬＤＰＥ、エチレンプロピレン（ＥＰＲ）ゴム、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＥＰＲ、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマーゴム（ＥＰＤＭ）、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたＥＰＤＭ、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、２．５から２０重量部までの１種または複数種の添加剤をブレンドする工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。
