Abstract
本発明によれば、添加物は、容器(1)内に存在する被処理材料又は材料粒子の高さよりも下で添加される。

Claims (20)
- 非乾燥粒子状の、特に非乾燥粉末状の添加物又は被覆物質であって、液体状、固体状若しくは半固体状であるか、又はペースト状粘度を持ち、所望により懸濁又は乳濁状で、特に粘性が高い、例えば、過酸化物、脂肪、ワックス、粘度指数改良剤、ポリマー等であるものを、容器又は切断圧縮器(1)内で移動され、混合され、所望により加熱され、破砕され、砕片化又は粒子状化された材料、特にポリマー粒子又はフレーク、木材繊維、粉砕紙等に投入又は添加する方法において、添加物は、前記容器(1)内に存在する材料又は材料粒子の高さ位置よりも下で添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記添加物は、前記容器(1)内での前記材料の充填高さ又は回転により生ずる混合渦の高さを3等分したうちの中央部分で添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、前記添加物、特に極めて粘性が高い添加物は、前記容器(1)内で、材料粒子が、特に、容器(1)内で回転しながら、前記容器(1)の側壁に最大圧力を及ぼす、前記材料の容器(1)の範囲又は高さで添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物は、前記容器(1)の側壁内に設けられた1個以上の供給装置又は側壁を貫通する開口であって、特に同じ高さ位置に周方向に配設された、又は上下一列になって配設された、複数個の供給開口又はノズルとして構成された開口であって、所望により、ギアポンプ又はダイヤフムポンプ等の投入ポンプに通じて供給されるものを通じて添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の方法において、材料粒子又はその移動により形成される混合渦の高さは、前記容器〔1〕内で、前記供給装置(10)よりも絶えず上方となるように維持されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物は、前記容器(1)の側壁の内側又は前記供給装置(10)を通じてこれと擦れ合いながら、回転する材料粒子を通じて又は回転する材料粒子により投入され、添加物は、こうして材料粒子に添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物の添加前及び/又は添加中、前記容器(1)内に存在する前記材料の温度とは独立して、加熱されて前記容器(1)の内側又は側壁を別個に加熱し、供給される添加物の粘度を低下させて濡れ性を増すことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物、特に、反応性添加物は、希釈度に応じて、最終生成物の総重量に対して、0.01乃至20重量%の量で、添加物の最終的な担体を介して添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物は、前記容器(1)内に存在する前記材料又は材料粒子の全表面を塗布するのに必要な最大量まで添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 内部において、少なくとも1個の混合し又は加熱し、所望により破砕する部材(4)が、縦方向軸線を中心として、細片化され又は粒子状にされた被処理材料、特に、非溶融状態のポリマー粒子の形をした合成樹脂、木材繊維、粉砕紙等を回転する、少なくとも1個の容器又は切断圧縮器(1)を有し、非乾燥粒子状の添加物であって、液体状、固体状若しくは半固体状であるか、又はペースト状粘度を持ち、所望により懸濁又は乳濁状で、特に粘性が高い、例えば、過酸化物、脂肪、ワックス、粘度指数改良剤、ポリマー等であるもの用に、特に、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載の方法を実施するために、少なくとも1個の供給装置を設ける、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載の方法を実施する装置において、前記供給装置(10)は、運転中、前記容器(1)内に存在する前記被処理材料又は被処理材料粒子の高さ位置よりも下に設けられることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置において、前記供給装置は、前記容器(1)の側壁の内側に若しくは前記容器(1)内に開口するように設けられるか又は、前記容器(1)の側壁内に形成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10又は11に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)の側壁の周囲に同じ高さで、好ましくは、均等に、又は上下一列になって配設されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10乃至12のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、底部から又は混合部材(4)から離れた高さ又は距離に設けられ、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)内に存在し回転する前記被処理材料粒子の工程上所定の充填高さ、又は前記被処理材料粒子の移動又は回転中に形成される混合渦の高さよりも絶えず低いことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10乃至13のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)内での前記材料にプロセス的に生ずる充填高さ又は混合渦の高さを3等分したうちの中央部分で添加されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10乃至14のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)内で好ましくは移動する、特に回転する、前記被処理材料が、前記容器(1)の側壁に最大圧力を及ぼす、前記材料の容器(1)の箇所に設けられることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10乃至15のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、開口又はノズルとして構成され、好ましくは、ギアポンプ又はダイヤフムポンプ等の投入ポンプにより供給され、特に、前記添加物が、一滴ずつ投入できるように構成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10乃至16のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)の側壁と面一にシールし、特に、前記容器(1)の内面から前記容器(1)の内側に突出し出っ張ることがないことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10乃至17のいずれか1に記載の装置において、例えば、前記混合部材(4)又は前記被処理材料を加熱する別個の加熱装置により前記被処理材料を加熱するのとは無関係に又は加えて、少なくとも1個の別個の加熱装置を、前記容器(1)の内側又は側壁に、特に専用的に設け、所望により、前記複数個の供給装置(10)及び/又は供給ライン若しくは供給タンクを、別個に加熱して、前記供給される添加物の粘度を低下させて前記容器(1)の側壁において濡れ性を増すことができるようにすることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10乃至18のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記容器(1)の内側の表面は、特に、耐粘着性被覆、エンボス加工等により、非濡れ性表面として構成され、又は、濡れ性が抑制されるように若しくは前記供給される添加物により、内側での濡れ性が生じないように構成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10乃至19のいずれか1に記載の装置において、複数個の容器が、特に連続して設けられ、前記複数個の供給装置(10)が、少なくとも最初の容器(1)に設けられることを特徴とする装置。
