Abstract
Description
(a)5〜50g/lのリン酸イオン、
(b)0.3〜3g/lの亜鉛(II)イオン、
(c)1つまたはそれ以上のジルコニウムおよび/またはチタン元素に対して、合計で1〜200ppmのジルコニウムおよび/またはチタンの水溶性化合物
を含有し、さらに、水性組成物中に、フッ化物感応電極により測定した1〜400ppmの量の遊離フッ化物を含有する水性組成物に関する。
式中、F/mMおよびMe/mMは、それぞれ、いずれの場合もmM(10−3mol/l)の濃度単位で還元した遊離フッ化物濃度(F)およびジルコニウムおよび/またはチタン濃度(Me)を意味する。成分(c)として、ジルコニウムのみを含有する基礎となる発明の水性組成物に対して、指数λは少なくとも4であり、または成分(c)としてチタンのみを含有する水性組成物の場合には、少なくとも6であるべきである。ジルコニウムおよびチタン化合物の両成分(c)を含有する本発明の水性組成物に対して、式(I)による指数λは、
以上であるべきである。
(i)ジルコニウムの水溶性化合物のみを、成分(c)として含有する水性化合物に対しては、少なくとも4、好ましくは少なくとも4.5、また特に好ましくは少なくとも5であるが、10以下、好ましくは8以下であるべきであり;
(ii)チタンの水溶性化合物のみを、成分(c)として含有する水性組成物に対しては、少なくとも6、好ましくは少なくとも6.5、また特に好ましくは少なくとも7であるが、14以下、好ましくは12以下であるべきであり;
(iii)ジルコニウムおよびチタンの両方の水溶性化合物を、成分(c)として含有する組成物に対しては、
以下であるべきである。
0.3〜3g/lのZn(II)および
5〜40g/lのリン酸イオンおよび
ジルコニウムおよび/またはチタン元素に対して、1〜200ppmのジルコニウムおよび/またはチタンの1つまたはそれ以上の水溶性化合物
を加えてもよく、また、少なくとも1つの下記の促進剤を含有してもよい:
0.3〜4g/lの塩素酸イオン、
0.01〜0.2g/lの亜硝酸イオン、
0.05〜4g/lのニトログアニジン、
0.05〜4g/lのN−メチルモルホリンN−オキシド、
0.2〜2g/lのm−ニトロベンゼンスルホン酸イオン、
0.05〜2g/lのm−ニトロ安息香酸イオン、
0.05〜2g/lのp−ニトロフェノール、
1〜150mg/lの遊離または結合した過酸化水素、
0.1〜10g/lの遊離または結合したヒドロキシルアミン、
0.1〜10g/lの還元糖。
0.001〜4g/lのマンガン(II)、
0.001〜4g/lのニッケル(II)、
0.001〜4g/lのコバルト(II)、
0.002〜0.2g/lの銅(II)、
0.2〜2.5g/lのマグネシウム(II)、
0.2〜2.5g/lのカルシウム(II)、
0.01〜0.5g/lの鉄(II)、
0.2〜1.5g/lのリチウム(I)、
0.02〜0.8g/lのタングステン(VI)。
ただし、その水性処理溶液は、
a)H2ZrF6の形態で0〜70ppmのジルコニウム、または、
b)K2TiF6の形態で0〜70ppmのチタン、または、
c)H2ZrF6およびK2TiF6の形態で、いずれの場合も.0〜30ppmのジルコニウムおよびチタンを含有する。
Claims (14)
- 鋼鉄、亜鉛メッキ鋼、合金亜鉛メッキ鋼またはアルミニウムおよびそれらの任意の組み合わせの表面を含んでなる金属表面の防食化成処理のための水性組成物であって、
(a)5〜50g/lのリン酸イオン、
(b)0.3〜3g/lの亜鉛(II)イオン、
(c)ジルコニウムおよび/またはチタン元素に対して、合計で1〜200ppmの1つまたはそれ以上のジルコニウムおよび/またはチタンの水溶性化合物
を含有し、さらに、水性組成物中に、フッ化物感応電極により測定した1〜400ppmの量の遊離フッ化物を含有する水性組成物。 - 前記組成物が、さらに、少なくとも1つの下記量の促進剤:
0.3〜4g/lの塩素酸イオン、
0.01〜0.2g/lの亜硝酸イオン、
0.05〜4g/lのニトログアニジン、
0.05〜4g/lのN−メチルモルホリンN−オキシド、
0.2〜2g/lのm−ニトロベンゼンスルホン酸イオン、
0.05〜2g/lのm−ニトロ安息香酸イオン、
0.05〜2g/lのp−ニトロフェノール、
1〜150mg/lの遊離または結合した過酸化水素、
0.1〜10g/lの遊離または結合したヒドロキシルアミン、
0.1〜10g/lの還元糖
を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の水性組成物。 - 前記組成物が、さらに、1つまたはそれ以上の下記量のカチオン:
0.001〜4g/lのマンガン(II)、
0.001〜4g/lのニッケル(II)、
0.001〜4g/lのコバルト(II)、
0.002〜0.2g/lの銅(II)、
0.2〜2.5g/lのマグネシウム(II)、
0.2〜2.5g/lのカルシウム(II)、
0.01〜0.5g/lの鉄(II)、
0.2〜1.5g/lのリチウム(I)、
0.02〜0.8g/lのタングステン(VI)、
を含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の水性組成物。 - 鋼鉄および/または亜鉛メッキ鋼および/または合金亜鉛メッキ鋼表面に加えて、アルミニウム表面も含んでなる金属表面の防食化成処理のための方法であって、洗浄または脱脂した金属表面を、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の水性化合物と接触させる方法。
- 元素荷重(elemental loading)0.5〜4.5g/m2を有する連続した結晶性リン酸塩層を鋼鉄、亜鉛メッキ鋼および合金亜鉛メッキ鋼の表面上に存在させ、かつ、非晶質化成層をアルミニウム表面上に存在させるような方法で処理した金属表面を、水による中間濯ぎを伴うまたは伴わない電着塗装により、さらなる方法段階において被覆するような請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の水性組成物の遊離酸含量が、0ポイント、好ましくは少なくとも0.5、特に好ましくは少なくとも1であるが、3ポイント以下、好ましくは2以下、特に好ましくは1.5ポイント以下であり、かつ、全酸含量が少なくとも20ポイント、好ましくは少なくとも22ポイントであるが、26以下、好ましくは24ポイント以下であり、水性組成物の温度が20〜65℃の範囲に維持された請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の水性組成物のpH値が、2.2以上、好ましくは2.4以上、特に好ましくは2.6以上であるが、3.8以下、好ましくは3.6以下、特に好ましくは3.2以下であり、温度が20〜65℃の範囲に維持された請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金属表面を請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の水性組成物と接触させた後に、不動態化後濯ぎ(passivating post-rinsing)を行わない請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金属表面を請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の水性組成物と接触させた後に、水による中間濯ぎを伴うまたは伴わない不動態化後濯ぎ(passivating post-rinsing)を行う請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 不動態化後濯ぎ(passivating post-rinsing)が、3.5〜5.5の範囲のpH値を示し、ジルコニウム元素および/またはチタン元素に対して合計200〜1500ppmのジルコニウムおよび/またはチタンのフルオロ錯体、および必要に応じて10〜100ppmの銅(II)イオンを含有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 鋼鉄および/または亜鉛メッキ鋼および/または合金亜鉛メッキ鋼表面および少なくとも1つのアルミニウム表面を含んでなる金属部品であって、存在する場合には、鋼鉄および亜鉛メッキ鋼および合金亜鉛メッキ鋼表面のいずれもが層重量0.5〜4.5g/m2を有する連続した結晶性リン酸塩層で被覆され、アルミニウム表面に非晶質化成層が形成されている、請求項6〜12のいずれかに記載された方法で前処理された、金属部品。
- 自動車製造での車体構造、造船、建設業および白物家電の製造における、請求項13に記載の金属部品の使用。
