Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.鋼、亜鉛メッキ鋼及び/若しくはアルミニウム並びに/又は少なくとも5 0重量%が鉄、亜鉛若しくはアルミニウムからなる合金の表面をリン酸塩処理す る方法であって、そのような表面を、亜鉛を含有する酸性リン酸塩処理溶液によ ってリン酸塩処理し、続いて後濯ぎ溶液によって濯ぎを行う上で、 a)リン酸塩処理に、Zn(II)0.3〜3g/l、ホスフェートイオン5〜40 g/l、並びに以下の少なくとも1種の促進剤:m−ニトロベンゼンスルホネー トイオン0.2〜2g/l、遊離又は結合した形態のヒドロキシルアミン0.1〜 10g/l、m−ニトロベンゾエートイオン0.05〜2g/l、p−ニトロフ ェノール0.05〜2g/l、及び遊離又は結合した形態の過酸化水素1〜70 mg/lを含有し、pH値が2.7〜3.6の範囲である亜硝酸根及びニッケルを 含まない溶液を用い、及び リン酸塩処理の後で、中間での水による濯ぎを伴って又は伴わずに、 b)上記のようにしてリン酸塩処理した表面の濯ぎに、リチウムイオン、銅イオ ン及び/又は銀イオンからの1種又はそれ以上のカチオンを0.001〜10g /l含有し、pH値が3〜7である水溶液を用いることを特徴とする方法。 2.工程a)において用いるリン酸塩処理溶液が、1種又はそれ以上の以下の カチオン:マンガン(II)0.2〜4g/l、マグネシウム(II)0.2〜2.5g/ l、カルシウム(II)0.2〜2.5g/l、鉄(II)0.01〜0.5g/l、リチウ ム(I)0.2〜1.5g/l、タングステン(VI)0.02〜0.8g/l、及び銅(I I)0.001〜0.03g/lを含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の方 法。 3.工程a)において用いるリン酸塩処理溶液が、0.8g/lまでの遊離フ ッ化物を含めて、フッ化物を全体で2.5g/lまで更に含有することを特徴と する請求の範囲1又は2記載の方法。 4.工程b)において用いる後濯ぎ溶液のpH値が3.4〜6であることを特 徴とする請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.工程b)において用いる後濯ぎ溶液の温度が20〜50℃であることを特 徴とする請求の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.工程b)において用いる後濯ぎ溶液が、以下の範囲の量の金属イオン:リ チウム(I)0.02〜2g/l、銅(II)0.002〜1g/l、及び/又は銀(I) 0.002〜1g/lを含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか に記載の方法。 7.工程b)において用いる後濯ぎ溶液が、ヘキサフルオロチタネート及び/ 又はヘキサフルオロジルコネートイオン100〜500mg/lを更に含有する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.工程b)において用いる後濯ぎ溶液が、セリウム(III)及び/又はセリウ ム(IV)イオン0.01〜1g/lを更に含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1 〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.工程b)において用いる後濯ぎ溶液が、アルミニウム(III)0.01〜1g /lを更に含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法 。 10.工程b)において、使用する後濯ぎ溶液を、工程a)でリン酸塩処理し た金属表面へ噴霧することを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜9のいずれかに記載の方 法。 11.工程b)において、使用する後濯ぎ溶液を、リン酸塩処理した金属表面 上で0.5〜10分間作用させることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜10のいずれ かに記載の方法。 12.工程a)と工程b)の間で濯ぎを行わないことを特徴とする請求の範囲 1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
