Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つのサンプルに向けられた少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線と、基準に向けられた少なくとも1つの第2電磁放射線とを含む特定の放射線を提供するべく構成された少なくとも1つの第1構成部と、
特定の断面幅を有する前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を前記少なくとも1つのサンプルの少なくとも一部分に印加し、少なくとも1つの第3電磁放射線を生成するべく構成された少なくとも1つの第2構成部であって、該少なくとも1つの第2構成部は、前記特定の断面幅に対する0.5の乗数と100の乗数との間の所定の乗数に相当する距離について特定の軸に沿って、前記少なくとも一部分内で前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を並進運動させるべく更に構成されるような前記少なくとも1つの第2構成部と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線に関連する前記少なくとも1つの第3電磁放射線と前記少なくとも1つの第2電磁放射線に関連する少なくとも1つの第4電磁放射線との間の干渉を検出するべく構成された少なくとも1つの第3構成部とを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記所定の乗数の上限は、前記特定の断面幅に対して50、60、70、80、又は90の中の少なくとも1つである請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2構成部は、前記特定の軸とは異なる更なる軸に沿って、前記少なくとも一部分内で前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を並進運動させるべく構成される請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一部分に関連する少なくとも1つの画像を前記干渉の関数として生成するべく構成された少なくとも1つの第4構成部を更に有する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2構成部は、正弦波パターン、三角形パターン、鋸歯パターン、又は螺旋パターンの中の少なくとも1つのものにおいて前記少なくとも一部分内で前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を並進運動させるべく更に構成される請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2構成部は、前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線の非対称断面エリアを提供するべく更に構成される請求項1記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのサンプルに向けられた少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線と、基準に向けられた少なくとも1つの第2電磁放射線とを含む特定の放射線を提供する段階と、
特定の断面幅を有する前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を前記少なくとも1つのサンプルの少なくとも一部分に印加し、少なくとも1つの第3電磁放射線を生成する段階と、
前記特定の断面幅に対する0.5の乗数と100の乗数との間の所定の乗数に相当する距離について特定の軸に沿って、前記少なくとも一部分内で前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を並進運動させる段階と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線に関連する前記少なくとも1つの第3電磁放射線と前記少なくとも1つの第2電磁放射線に関連する少なくとも1つの第4電磁放射線との間の干渉を検出する段階とを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも1つのサンプルに向けられた少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線と、基準に向けられた少なくとも1つの第2電磁放射線とを含む特定の放射線を提供するべく構成された少なくとも1つの第1構成部と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を前記少なくとも1つのサンプルの少なくとも一部分に印加し、少なくとも1つの第3電磁放射線を生成するべく構成された少なくとも1つの第2構成部であって、該少なくとも1つの第2構成部は、前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線の非対称断面エリアを提供するべく更に構成されるような前記少なくとも1つの第2構成部と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線に関連する前記少なくとも1つの第3電磁放射線と前記少なくとも1つの第2電磁放射線に関連する少なくとも1つの第4電磁放射線との間の干渉を検出するべく構成された少なくとも1つの第3構成部とを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線は、特定の軸に沿った特定の断面幅を有しており、前記特定の断面幅は、前記特定の軸以外の任意のその他の軸に沿った前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線の更なる断面幅を上回る請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線は、特定の軸に沿った特定の断面幅を有しており、前記特定の断面幅は、前記特定の軸と別の軸に沿った前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線の更なる断面幅を少なくとも2倍だけ上回る請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2構成部は、更なる軸に沿って前記少なくとも一部分内で前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を並進運動させるべく更に構成され、且つ、前記更なる軸は、前記特定の軸に対してほぼ垂直である請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線の振幅プロファイル又は位相プロファイルの中の少なくとも1つのものを変調するべく構成された少なくとも1つの第4構成部を更に有する請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第4構成部は、空間光変調構成部、ガルバノメーター構成部、音響−光変調構成部、又は導波路モードスクランブル構成部の中の少なくとも1つのものを含む請求項12記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2構成部は、少なくとも1つの非対称導波路構成部を含む請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの非対称導波路構成部は、前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線の少なくとも3つの直交モードを伝播させるべく構成される請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2構成部は、前記特定の断面幅に対する0.5の乗数と100の乗数との間の所定の乗数に相当する距離について特定の軸に沿って、前記少なくとも一部分内で前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を並進運動させるべく更に構成される請求項8記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのサンプルに向けられた少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線と、基準に向けられた少なくとも1つの第2電磁放射線とを含む特定の放射線を提供する段階と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線を前記少なくとも1つのサンプルの少なくとも一部分に印加し、少なくとも1つの第3電磁放射線を生成する段階と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線の非対称断面エリアを提供する段階と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1電磁放射線に関連する前記少なくとも1つ第3電磁放射線と前記少なくとも1つの第2電磁放射線に関連する少なくとも1つの第4電磁放射線との間の干渉を検出する段階とを有することを特徴とする方法。
