(メタ)アクリルアミド、例えば、N−(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)(メタ)アクリルアミド、N−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)(メタ)アクリルアミド、N−(3−ヒドロキシ−2,2−ジメチルプロピル)(メタ)アクリルアミド、N−ジメチルアミノメチル(メタ)アクリルアミド;

スルホン酸誘導体、例えば、2−(メタ)アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸又はN−(メタ)アクリロイル尿素。
Xは、二価の基を表わし、かつ
R2は、1〜40個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基を表わし、ここで、nは、マクロモノマーの分子量が500〜100000ダルトンであるように割り当てられるという条件を伴う]のマクロモノマーの製造を記載し、
この際、式II:
a)少なくとも25モル%まで中和されている、重合化された、エチレン系不飽和の酸残基含有モノマー55〜99.9質量%、有利に70〜90質量%、
b)重合化された、エチレン系不飽和の、a)と共重合可能なモノマー0〜40質量%、有利に0〜20質量%、
c)1種以上の重合化架橋結合剤0.1〜5.0質量%、有利に0.1〜3質量%、
d)水溶性ポリマー0〜30質量%、有利に0〜5質量%
を包含し、この際、質量量a)〜d)の合計は常に100質量%である。
第一の方法により、部分中和のモノマーa)、有利にアクリル酸を、水溶液中で、架橋結合剤及び場合により他の成分の存在下で、ラジカル重合によってゲルに変換させ、これを細かく砕き、乾燥させ、粉砕しかつ所望の粒度に篩分する。この溶液重合は、連続的に又は不連続的に実施され得る。公知技術水準は、濃度比率、温度、重合開始剤の種類及び量に関する変法可能性の幅広いスペクトルを明らかにしている。典型的方法は、次の公開文書に記載されている:その相応する表示はここで参照として引用される、US4286082、DE2706135及びUS4076663。
テトライソプロピルチタネート(TYZOR(登録商標)TPT)により製造されたエステルを、125ml入り密閉ガラス瓶中で、湿潤化超吸収体と共に、磁気攪拌器を用いて55℃で30分間攪拌し、この際、水及び超吸収体の量を表1に挙げる。使用される超吸収体は、ストックハウゼン社から得られる。この溶液を攪拌しないで水浴(約20℃)中で15分間冷却させ、同じ粗目の襞付フィルター520A(Schleicher & Schuell)上で2回濾過する。膨潤化超吸収体粒子はフィルター中に残り、一方、チタネートの分離は、エステル色(橙色)の消滅によって示される。チタンの量はICPによって、水含量はカール−フィッシャー−滴定(Karl-Fischer-Titration)によって測定される。次の表1に結果を総括する。
もう1つの試験列で、触媒を加圧濾過で分離した。この際、湿潤化超吸収体を加えた粗エステルを最高2バールの圧縮空気を用いて、異なった孔度のフィルターを通して加圧した。サイツ加圧濾過装置(Seitz Druckfilter Apparatur) EF 14/2(2,2l容量;温度調節可能)を使用した。
テトライソプロピルチタネート(TYZOR(登録商標)TPT)により製造されたエステルを、125ml入り密閉ガラス瓶中で、湿潤化超吸収体と共に、磁気攪拌器を用いて攪拌し、この際、水及び超吸収体の添加量及び加水分解時間及び加水分解温度を表3に挙げる。超吸収体として、50〜200μmの範囲の粒度を有しかつストックハウゼン社から得られるカブロック(Cabloc)CTF(登録商標)を使用した。この溶液を水浴(約20℃)中で攪拌せずに15分間冷却させ、同じ粗目の襞付フィルター520A(Schleicher & Schuell)上で2回濾過する。膨潤した超吸収体粒子はフィルター中に残り、一方、チタネートの分離は、エステル色(橙色)の消滅によって示される。チタンの量はICPによって、水含量はカール−フィッシャー−滴定によって、かつ酸価はDIN 53402によるKOH−滴定によって測定された。次の表3に結果を総括する。
もう1つの試験列で、触媒を加圧濾過で分離した。この際、超吸収体を含む加水分解した粗エステルを、最高2バールの圧縮空気を用いて、サイツT500フィルター(Seitz T500 Filter)(孔度3〜8μm)を通して加圧した。サイツ加圧濾過装置 EF 14/2(2,2l容量;温度調節可能)を使用した。
更に、様々なエステルを、メチルメタクリレートとアルコール混合物とのエステル交換によって、テトライソプロピルチタネート(TYZOR(登録商標)TPT)の触媒作用下に製造した。エステル交換後に、触媒を加圧濾過で分離した。この際、湿潤化超吸収体を加えた粗エステルを最高2バールの圧縮空気で様々な孔度のフィルターを通して加圧した。サイツT500/サイツKS80/デカライト(Decalite)0.1質量%を包含するフィルター物質を有するサイツ加圧濾過装置 EF 14/2(2,2l容量;温度調節可能)を使用した。例37で、付加的にCaO0.01質量%をフィルター物質に添付した。
Claims (20)
- 金属含有触媒の存在下での、少なくとも1種のカルボン酸及び/又はカルボン酸誘導体と少なくとも1種のアルコール及び/又はアミンとの反応を包含するカルボン酸誘導体の製造において、反応の終了後に、金属含有触媒を水及び超吸収体と接触させ、この際、触媒と水との接触は触媒の加水分解を引き起こすことを特徴とする方法。
- 超吸収体は、アクリル酸及び/又はメタクリル酸から誘導される単位を包含する架橋結合ポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載に方法。
- 超吸収体は、40〜900μmの範囲の粒度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 触媒の加水分解は、反応混合物への水の添加によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 加水分解のために、反応混合物の全質量に対して、少なくとも0.05質量%の水量を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 加水分解のために、水を含有する超吸収体を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 超吸収体対水の質量比率は、10:1〜1:20の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 加水分解のために、水−含有の超吸収体が充填されているカラムを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 加水分解は40℃〜90℃の範囲の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 加水分解は高々1時間持続することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 反応の生成物は重合可能な二重結合を包含することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- エステル交換は重合開始剤の存在下で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- (メタ)アクリル酸、マレイン酸及び/又はフマル酸又はこれらのカルボン酸のエステルを出発物質として使用することを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- そのアルコール基が1〜6個の炭素原子を有する(メタ)アクリル酸のエステルを使用することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- (メタ)アクリル酸のメチルエステル、エチルエステル、プロピルエステル及び/又はブチルエステルを使用することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 出発物質として、1〜40個の炭素原子を有するアルコール及び/又はアミンを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 出発物質として、少なくとも1個のヒドロキシ−及び/又はアミン−官能基を有する、分子量MW500〜100000g/モルの範囲の質量平均を有するポリマー化合物を使用することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載に方法。
- 金属含有触媒はチタン又はジルコニウムを包含することを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 触媒としてチタンアルコラートを使用することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 触媒の加水分解後に、金属含有触媒を混合物から分離させるための超吸収体の使用。
