Claims (24)
- 少なくとも1つの樹脂と少なくとも1つの顔料とを含む粒子組成物の製造方法であって、
(a)誘発された加熱無しの、該少なくとも1の樹脂と該少なくとも1の顔料とを含む混合物の押出;
(b)工程(a)に従う該押出から得られた該混合物の、誘発された加熱を伴う、次の押出;
(c)このようにして得られた該混合物の造粒、
の段階を含む上記方法。 - 工程(a)及び/又は工程(b)が共回転二軸押出機において実施されることを特徴とする、請求項に1記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機のスクリューが、27〜110mm、好ましくは30〜87mmの直径を有することを特徴する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 該直径の25〜48倍、好ましくは該直径の32〜40倍の長さを該スクリューが有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機の中の温度が、約0〜約50℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機の中の温度が、約5〜約35℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機の流量が、5〜20kg/h、好ましくは10〜15kg/hであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)に従う該押出機のスクリューが、27〜110mm、好ましくは30〜87mmの直径を有することを特徴する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 該スクリューが、該直径の30〜60倍、好ましくは該直径の48〜60倍の長さを有することを特徴する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)に従う該押出機の中の温度が、約50〜約130℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)に従う該押出機の中の温度が80〜110℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 該混合物が、少なくとも1つの無機強化フィラーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該無機フィラーが硫酸バリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 該混合物が、少なくとも1の分散剤、好ましくは非イオン性である分散剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該分散剤が、エポキシ化ソルビタンエステル及びエポキシ化大豆油エステル、好ましくはエポキシ化ソルビタンエステルから選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の組成物。
