Description

Claims (31)
- 少なくとも1つのアルデヒド、ケトン及び/又はアクリル樹脂と少なくとも1つの顔料とを含む粒子組成物の製造方法であって、
(a)共回転二軸押出機内で切削力及び摩擦力により自然に生じた熱だけを用いる、外部加熱無しの、該少なくとも1の樹脂と該少なくとも1の顔料とを含む混合物の該押出機による押出;
(b)工程(a)に従う該押出から得られた該混合物の、外部加熱を伴う、次の押出;
(c)このようにして得られた該混合物の造粒、
の工程を含む上記方法。 - 工程(b)が共回転二軸押出機において実施されることを特徴とする、請求項に1記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機のスクリューが、27〜110mmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機のスクリューが、30〜87mmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 該直径の25〜48倍の長さを該スクリューが有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 該直径の32〜40倍の長さを該スクリューが有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機の中の温度が、0〜50℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機の中の温度が、5〜35℃であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機の流量が、5〜20g/hであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に従う該押出機の流量が、10〜15kg/hであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)に従う該押出機のスクリューが、27〜110mmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)に従う該押出機のスクリューが、30〜87mmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 該スクリューが、該直径の30〜60倍の長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 該スクリューが、該直径の48〜60倍の長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)に従う該押出機の中の温度が、50〜130℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)に従う該押出機の中の温度が80〜110℃であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)に従う該押出機の流量が、15〜35kg/hであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)に従う該押出機の流量が、20〜30kg/hであることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 造粒が、ウォータージェットによる切削により実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該少なくとも1つの顔料が、有機的且つ/又は無機的であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該混合物が、少なくとも1つの無機強化フィラーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該無機フィラーが硫酸バリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 該混合物が、少なくとも1の分散剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該分散剤が非イオン性であることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 該分散剤が、エポキシ化ソルビタンエステル及びエポキシ化大豆油エステルから選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 該分散剤が、エポキシ化大豆油エステルであることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 該混合物が水を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法に従い得られる粒子組成物。
- 2ミクロン以下の平均粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の組成物。
- 1〜2ミクロンの平均粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項29に記載の組成物。
- 請求項28に記載の該粒子組成物を使用する方法において、該粒子組成物を使用して粉体塗料、液体塗料又はプラスチックを調製することを含む、前記方法。
