Abstract
【解決手段】一般糸と低融点糸を含み、前記低融点糸が経糸および緯糸、又は経糸あるいは緯糸に含まれるか、前記一般糸と低融点糸が混紡又は合糸されて、経糸および緯糸、又は経糸あるいは緯糸に含まれる様に製織することにより、前記低融点糸の融着率が30〜100%であり、糸滑り度が0.1〜2.5mmである特徴を備えた低融糸を含む生地が提供できる。

Description
製織原糸として、経糸は一般ポリエステルを使用し、緯糸としてシース−コア構造の複合繊維であってシード部が低融点のポリエステル30重量%と一般ポリエステル70重量%を合糸した原糸を使用して平織りした。このときの組織密度は、経糸方向に100本/インチ、緯糸方向に100本/インチである。この後、織られた生地を融着率が30%になるように処理した。
製織原糸は前記実施例1と同様の方法により、融着率がそれぞれ50%、70%、90%、100%になるように製造した。
前記実施例1〜5と同様の方法により、低融点ポリエステル比率を40重量%にした。
前記実施例1〜5と同様の方法により、低融点ポリエステル比率を50重量%にした。
前記実施例1〜5と同様の方法により、低融点ポリエステル比率を60重量%にした。
前記実施例1〜5と同様の方法により、低融点ポリエステル比率を70重量%にした。
前記実施例1〜5と同様の方法により、低融点ポリエステル比率を80重量%にした。
前記実施例1〜5と同様の方法により、低融点ポリエステル比率を90重量%にした。
前記実施例1〜5と同様の方法により、低融点ポリエステル比率を100重量%にした。
前記実施例1と同様の方法により、それぞれ融着率を10%および20%で処理した。
前記実施例1と同様の方法であるが、低融点糸を使用せず一般ポリエステル糸を利用して通常の生地を製造した。
1.糸滑り長さの測定:KSK0408
2.ほつれ強度
生地から7×7cm2の試料を切り出し、このうち1本の糸を取って1cm程引き出し、引張試験機(KSK0520)に挟んだ後、試料内に残存する6cmの糸の部分が全てほつれるまでに必要な荷重を測定した(図1参照)。このときの試料の組織密度は100×100本/インチ2に一致させた。
生地から7×7cm2の試料を切り出し、その試料の上辺の真中から5mm下の位置にフックを引っ掛ける。前記フックは60Kg以上の力にも形態変化がない材質を使用する。前記フックを引張試験機の上部分に、生地は下方に把持した後、荷重を加えながら5mmの糸が生地から分離されるまでに必要な荷重を測定する(図2参照)。このとき、糸が分離されず生地破裂が起こった場合は、破裂時点の荷重をデータと見なす。測定中に加えられた荷重中の最大値を物性数値として評価する。このときの試料の組織密度は、100×100本/インチ2に一致させた。
生地から7×7cm2の試料を切り出し、一端をプラットフォームの長さ方向に対して平行になるようにプラットフォーム上に位置させる。試料をプラットフォームの長さ方向に前進させる。前進に伴い試料はプラットフォームから突出して自己荷重によって曲がる。突出した部分の末端は拘束の無い自由端であり、その他の部分は適当な圧力で試料を滑らせる。試料がプラットフォームの前端を通過し、試料の自由端がプラットフォームの前端から伸張している水平面に対して下方へ41.5°傾斜すると、プラットフォームからの突出長さは試料の曲げ長さの2倍になる。
Claims (12)
- 一般糸と低融点糸を含む生地において、
前記低融点糸が経糸および緯糸、又は経糸あるいは緯糸に含まれるか、前記一般糸と低融点糸が混紡又は合糸されて、経糸および緯糸、又は経糸あるいは緯糸に含まれ、
前記低融点糸の融着率が30〜100%であることを特徴とする低融点糸を含む生地。 - 前記範囲の融着率を有する生地の場合、糸滑り長さが0.1〜2.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。
- 前記生地の1本ほつれ強度が0.2〜3.5Kgであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。
- 前記生地の5mmほつれ強度が10〜35Kgであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。
- 前記生地の5mmほつれ強度が10〜35Kgであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。
- 前記生地の曲げ長さが3〜10cmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。
- 前記生地の曲げ長さが3〜10cmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。
- 前記生地の曲げ長さが3〜10cmであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。
- 前記生地における一般糸と低融点糸との重量比が50:50〜75:25であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。
- 前記生地には難燃糸がさらに含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。
- 前記低融点糸は、複合繊維であって、
シース部には低融点ポリエステル系樹脂が、コア部には難燃性ポリエステル系樹脂が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の低融点糸を含む生地。 - 難燃糸と低融点糸を含む生地において、
前記低融点糸が経糸および緯糸、又は経糸あるいは緯糸に含まれるか、前記難燃糸と低融点糸が混紡又は合糸されて、経糸および緯糸、又は経糸あるいは緯糸に含まれ、
前記低融点糸の融着率が30〜100%であることを特徴とする低融点糸を含む生地。
