Abstract
【解決手段】(A)アセトンシアノヒドリンを加水分解し、α−ヒドロキシイソブチルアミド、α−スルファトイソブチルアミド、2−メタアクリルアミドおよびメタアクリル酸を含む加水分解混合物を生産し;(B)プラグフロー熱転化装置を含む分解反応器中で、必要な保持時間で加水分解混合物を熱転化し、2−メタアクリルアミドおよびメタアクリル酸を含む分解反応器混合物を生産し;(C)少なくとも1つの反応器において、分解反応器混合物とメタノールおよび水から選択される物質とを反応させ、メタアクリル酸およびメチルメタアクリレートから選択されるモノマーを生産することを含む、メタアクリル酸およびメチルメタアクリレートから選択されるモノマーを製造する方法。

Description
(1) (A)アセトンシアノヒドリンを加水分解し、α−ヒドロキシイソブチルアミド、α−スルファトイソブチルアミド、2−メタアクリルアミドおよびメタアクリル酸を含む加水分解混合物を生産し;
(B)プラグフロー熱転化装置を含む分解反応器中で、必要な保持時間で加水分解混合物を熱転化し、2−メタアクリルアミドおよびメタアクリル酸を含む分解反応器混合物を生産し;
(C)少なくとも1つの反応器において、分解反応器混合物とメタノールおよび水から選択される物質とを反応させ、メタアクリル酸およびメチルメタアクリレートから選択されるモノマーを生産することを含む、メタアクリル酸およびメチルメタアクリレートから選択されるモノマーを製造する方法。
(2) 反応混合物からメチルメタアクリレートおよびメタアクリル酸を含む有機ストリームと硫酸を含む無機ストリームとを相分離する工程(D)をさらに含む前記(1)記載の方法。
(3) 有機ストリームからメチルメタアクリレートを分離し精製することをさらに含む前記(2)記載の方法。
(4) 分離工程(D)の間に水性塩基性洗浄剤が反応混合物に添加される前記(2)記載の方法。
(5) 分離工程(D)の間に解乳化剤がさらに反応混合物に添加される前記(4)記載の方法。
(6) 解乳化剤が酸性物質である前記(5)記載の方法。
(7) 加水分解反応が少なくとも1つの加水分解反応器中で行われる前記(1)記載の方法。
(8) 加水分解反応が3つの加水分解反応器中で行われる前記(1)記載の方法。
(9) プラグフローを維持するための手段を有する少なくとも1つの管を含む熱転化装置。
(10) 少なくとも1つの管が直線状である前記(9)記載の熱転化装置。
(11) 少なくとも1つの管が少なくとも1つの曲がりを有し、さらにこの少なくとも1つの曲がりがCheng Rotation Vaneを有する前記(9)記載の熱転化装置。
(12) 少なくとも1つの管における曲がりによってプラグフローが少なくとも部分的に維持され、該曲がりが滑らかである前記(9)記載の熱転化装置。
(13) 熱転化装置の入口での広がりによってプラグフローが少なくとも部分的に維持され、少なくとも1つの管に入ってくる反応物のバックミキシングを最小化するために、該広がりが徐々に広がってゆくものである、前記(9)記載の熱転化装置。
(14) 熱転化装置の出口での絞りによってプラグフローが少なくとも部分的に維持され、少なくとも1つの管を出ていく反応物と生産物のバックミキシングを最小化するために、該絞りが徐々に狭まってゆくものである、前記(9)記載の熱転化装置。
(15) 管の直径の選択によって、プラグフローが少なくとも部分的に維持されている前記(9)記載の熱転化装置。

Claims (1)
- メタアクリル酸およびメチルメタアクリレートから選択されるモノマーを製造する方法であって、
(A)アセトンシアノヒドリンを硫酸の存在下で70℃〜135℃の温度で加水分解し、α−ヒドロキシイソブチルアミド、α−スルファトイソブチルアミド、2−メタアクリルアミドおよびメタアクリル酸を含む加水分解混合物を生産し;
(B)プラグフロー熱転化装置を含む分解反応器中で、135℃〜165℃の温度で1分〜15分の必要な保持時間で加水分解混合物を熱転化し、2−メタアクリルアミドおよびメタアクリル酸を含む分解反応器混合物を生産し;
(C)少なくとも1つの反応器において、分解反応器混合物とメタノールおよび水から選択される物質とを85℃〜180℃の温度で反応させ、メタアクリル酸およびメチルメタアクリレートから選択されるモノマーを生産することを含み、
前記プラグフロー熱転化装置が、少なくとも1つの管を含み、少なくとも1つの管が少なくとも1つの曲がりを有し、さらにこの少なくとも1つの曲がりがCheng Rotation Vaneを有する方法。
