Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の油分解処理槽10は、底部に水を貯めることができ、この水を加熱する熱源を有する外殻容器20と、外殻容器20内に設置され、油脂分解菌を含有する腐植からなる油脂分解剤M16および含油廃棄物M17を貯留するための内殻容器30とを含む二重構造であって、両容器は水の加熱により発生する蒸気が連通することを特徴とする。さらに、内殻容器20内の油脂分解剤M16および含油廃棄物M17からなる菌床M15内に蒸気を循環させるための循環手段40を有する。さらに、循環手段40と内殻容器30の下部との間に設置される通気手段50を有する。

市販のすし飯保温容器(表面積0.6m2、容積23L、電気加熱器の消費電力量47Wh(40kca1/h))を外殻容器20として用い、その内側に内殻容器30(径210mm、高さ180mm、容積6L)およびエアポンプ42(風量2.9L/分)を組み込んで、図2Aに示す油分解処理槽10を作製した。電気加熱器の加熱容量は、67kcal/m2であった。
実施例1の油分解処理槽を用いてグリセリン分解を2週間実施した。まず、実施例1の内殻容器30内に油分解剤M16(商品名ベノ)1050g(全体の70%相当)と粒状炭450g(30%相当)を混合した菌床M15を敷設し、加熱器循環ファンをスタートさせた。粒状炭は非成型品で3メッシュ(6.73mm)の篩下が75%、そして篩上が25%である。粒状炭は菌床内の外部空気の流通をよくすることと、高価なベノの使用量を低減するためである。
図3Aに示す単なるプラスチック製容器(径20cm、高さ23cm、容積5L)を、油分解処理槽として使用した。この容器に、実施例1と同じ油分解剤2450gを入れ、菌床にサラダ油150gおよび油粕460gを一度に添加して、金属ヘラで撹拌した。以降、金属ヘラの攪拌を1日1回とした。菌床の含水率を50%に調整した後、そのまま放置して、油分解を開始した。
図4に示すドラムミキサー型分解機を用いて、実施例1と同様の実験を行った。このドラムミキサーは、容積70Lの外殻容器の中に容積50Lの回転可能な内殻容器が収められている。

Claims (5)
- 底部に水を貯めることができ、この水を加熱する熱源を有する外殻容器と、該外殻容器内に設置され、油脂分解菌を含有する腐植からなる油脂分解剤および含油廃棄物を貯留するための内殻容器とを含む二重構造の油分解処理槽であって、両容器は水の加熱により発生する蒸気が連通するように構成されていることを特徴とする前記油分解処理槽。
- さらに、前記内殻容器内の前記油脂分解剤および含油廃棄物からなる菌床内を通って前記蒸気を循環させるための循環手段を有する、請求項1に記載の油分解処理槽。
- 前記循環手段は、内殻容器の上部と下部とを容器の外部で連結する通路の途中に設けた循環ファンからなる、請求項2に記載の油分解処理槽。
- さらに、前記循環手段と内殻容器下部との間に設置される通気手段を有する、請求項2または3に記載の油分解処理槽。
- 前記通気手段は、内殻容器下部に設置されるメッシュ管または多孔管からなる、請求項4に記載の油分解処理槽。
