Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 好気発酵により有機性廃棄物から高カロリー発酵物を製造する方法であって、
ほぼ密閉可能な発酵乾燥槽に好気性高温菌と有機性廃棄物を投入し、該有機性廃棄物を好気条件下で発酵を行う工程と、
該発酵中に、該発酵乾燥槽に温風を通気して酸素と熱を供給する工程と、
該通気により排出された排気の一部を再び該発酵乾燥槽に通気循環させることにより酸素を供給すると共に排熱を再び該発酵乾燥槽内に供給する工程と、
該通気により排出された排気を大気中に放出する工程と、
該有機性廃棄物が完全に発酵する前に発酵を終了し、発酵乾燥物を得る工程とを有する、
高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。 - さらに、前記発酵乾燥物に温風を通気し、前記発酵乾燥物中の含水率をさらに低下させることにより発酵を停止する工程を有する、請求項1に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- さらに、前記発酵乾燥槽に食用油を添加する工程を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- 前記食用油が廃食用油である、請求項3に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- さらに、前記発酵乾燥物に灯油、軽油、重油、潤滑油、切削油からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種類の鉱物系油を添加する工程を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- 前記鉱物系油が廃鉱物系油である、請求項5に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- 前記発酵乾燥槽に通気される温風が、ボイラ又は焼却炉の排ガスを空気希釈したものである、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- 前記有機性廃棄物が、食品系廃棄物、農産廃棄物、畜産廃棄物、水産廃棄物、排水処理汚泥、し尿からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種類である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- 前記有機性廃棄物の発酵開始時の水分が30〜60重量%である、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- 前記好気性高温菌が、バチルス(Bacillus)属細菌、サーマス(Thermus)属細菌、アクチノマイセテス(Actinomycetes)属放線菌からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種類を含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- 前記発酵温度が、60〜80℃である、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
- 前記発酵乾燥物の一部を、次の発酵工程の種菌および水分調整材として使用する、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の高カロリー発酵物の製造方法。
