Description
本発明は、Aガラスフレーク、Cガラスフレーク、Eガラスフレーク、ECRガラスフレーク及び石英ガラスフレークからなる群より選ばれる厚さ1.0μm以下で、高および/または低反射率の1層以上で被覆された効果顔料に関する。
Claims (16)
- Aガラスフレーク、Cガラスフレーク、Eガラスフレーク、ECRガラスフレーク及び石英ガラスフレークからなる群より選ばれるガラスフレークが高および/または低屈折率の1層以上で被覆されていることを特徴とする厚さ1.0μm以下のガラスフレークに基づく効果顔料。
- ガラスフレークが、5〜150μmの範囲の平均粒子径を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の効果顔料。
- ガラスフレークが、金属酸化物、金属亜酸化物、金属オキシハロゲン化物、金属弗化物、金属カルコゲニド、金属窒化物、金属硫化物、金属炭化物またはそれらの混合物の一つ以上の層で被覆されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の効果顔料。
- 金属酸化物が、TiO2、Fe2O3、TiFe2O5、Ti亜酸化物、Fe3O4、Cr2O3、Al2O3、SiO2、ZrO2、ZnO、SnO2、CoO、Co3O4、VO2、V2O3、Sn(Sb)O2またはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の効果顔料。
- TiO2、Fe2O3またはTiO2とFe2O3の混合物で被覆されたガラスフレークであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の効果顔料。
- TiO2が、ルチル変性である請求項4または5記載の効果顔料。
- 被覆物が、錫、銀、ランタニウム、希土類金属、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、鉄、コバルトおよび/またはニッケルの硫化物から選ばれた金属硫化物であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の効果顔料。
- ガラスフレークが、1層または2層で被覆されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の効果顔料。
- 効果顔料が、下記から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の効果顔料。
ガラスフレーク+TiO 2 (ルチル型)
ガラスフレーク+Fe 2 O 3
ガラスフレーク+Fe 3 O 4
ガラスフレーク+TiFe 2 O 5
ガラスフレーク+Cr 2 O 3
ガラスフレーク+ZrO 2
ガラスフレーク+Sn(Sb)O 2
ガラスフレーク+BiOCl
ガラスフレーク+Al 2 O 3
ガラスフレーク+Ce 2 S 3
ガラスフレーク+MoS 2 - 被覆層の厚みが、0.1〜1000nmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の効果顔料。
- 効果顔料が表面処理されて、表面の化学的安定性が高まっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の効果顔料。
- ガラスフレークが、湿式化学被覆、化学的または物理的気相析出または非電着性金属析出被覆によって被覆される工程を含む請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の効果顔料の製造方法。
- プラスチック、被覆、パウダー被覆、塗料、インク、印刷インク、ガラス、セラミック製品、農業フォイルおよび化粧品処方においての請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の効果顔料の使用。
- 導電性顔料、磁性顔料、または紙またはプラスチックのレーザーマークのドーパントとしての請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の効果顔料の使用。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の効果顔料を含む配合。
- 前記効果顔料を、0.01〜50質量%で含む請求項15記載の配合。
