の化合物を塩基の存在下の有機溶媒と水の混合物中または単に水と塩基中で溶解または懸濁させた後、0℃から前記混合物の還流温度を含む温度で撹拌しながら加水分解させる。このような有機溶媒は、好ましくは極性溶媒、通常はプロトン型、好ましくはC1−C4アルコール、更により好ましくはメタノールである。前記塩基は、好ましくは無機の性質のもの、例えばアルカリもしくはアルカリ土類金属の水酸化物など、更により好ましくはNaOHである。
Claims (15)
- RがC1−C4アルキル基、好ましくはメチルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加水分解が有機溶媒と水の混合物中または単に水中で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有機溶媒が極性有機溶媒、好ましくはプロトン性である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記有機溶媒がC1−C4アルコール、好ましくはメタノールである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記有機溶媒が水に対して0.25から16倍体積の範囲内の比率で存在する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記水と有機溶媒の混合物が化合物に対して6から7倍の体積で存在する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基が式IIの化合物に対してモル過剰量、好ましくは3から5のモル比で用いられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基がアルカリもしくはアルカリ土類金属の水酸化物、好ましくはNaOHである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- M+がNa+である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水素添加が水素添加用触媒の存在下で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒がパラジウム、白金およびルテニウムから選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が炭素に担持されているパラジウムである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記水素添加が0℃から溶媒の沸点の温度で実施する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記水素添加が1から100バール、好ましくは1から10バールの範囲内の圧力で実施される、請求項11に記載の方法。
