Description
Claims (15)
- 成形プロセス、特に圧延プロセスの前及び/又は後に、成形品(40)の表面、特に金属帯の表面における補助物質(50)の層をさまざまな測定変数に関して分析するための方法において、
前記補助物質(50)の前記分析が、分光分析を用いてオンラインで実施されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記分光分析が、レーザー誘起時間分解蛍光分光分析又は赤外線領域における分光分析であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補助物質(50)が、例えば、潤滑剤、冷却潤滑剤、調質圧延剤又は湿式調質圧延剤であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記補助物質(50)の、前記分析される測定変数が、例えば、単位面積当たりの該補助物質の量、該補助物質の温度、該補助物質の組成、前記成形品(40)上における該補助物質の分布の均一性、及び/又は、該補助物質の層厚であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記測定変数が制御変数として少なくとも1つのフィードバック制御回路に供給され、該フィードバック制御回路が、前記成形品(40)上における前記補助物質(50)の塗布を、事前設定された設定値(Soll)に従って実施し、その際、該設定値は、既知の成形プロセスに基づく場合、成形プロセス自体において所定の成形パラメータを調整できるように、及び/又は、成形された成形品においてそれぞれ所望のレベルの品質特性を実現できるように事前設定されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記制御可能な成形パラメータが、例えば、圧延力の大きさ又はロールの振動の強さであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記補助物質について望ましくない組成、又は不良の組成、例えば汚染された組成が検知された場合に、前記フィードバック制御回路が、前記補助物質を構成しているさまざまな成分の入った貯蔵容器にアクセスし、それに続いて、前記補助物質の組成に関する前記事前設定された設定値に従って補助物質を混合することができるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記設定値を算定するために、前記成形プロセスが数学モデルによってシミュレートされることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 成形された前記成形品に関する品質特性が、例えば、該成形品の平面度、該成形品の光沢又は該成形品の組織、特にヘリンボーンパターンの不存在であることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記補助物質の個々の成分に、目的に応じて、マーカー物質又はトレーサー物質が添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 成形品(40)の表面、特に金属帯の表面における補助物質(50)の層に関するサンプリング信号を生成するための少なくとも1つの検出機構(12)を具備し、その際、該検出機構(12)が、成形機構(20)、特に圧延スタンドの前方及び/又は後方に配置されており、及び、
前記検出機構(12)によって生成されたサンプリング信号を、前記補助物質(50)に対するさまざまな特定の測定変数に関して分析するための分析機構(14)を具備する装置において、
前記分析機構(14)がオンライン分光分析機構として構成されていることを特徴とする装置(10)。 - 前記サンプリング中に前記成形品(40)上における前記補助物質に照射を行うための少なくとも1つの照射手段(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記検出機構(12)が複数の検出素子(12’、12”)を有し、該検出素子が、前記成形品上において、圧延方向(R)に対して横方向成分を有する方向に延びる線(L)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記検出機構(12)がセンサであることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記分析機構(14)が、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置(10)。
