Abstract
【解決手段】第1バタフライバルブ(5)を有する第1排出導管(3)および第2バタフライバルブ(15)を有する第2排出導管(4)への出口を有する給気導管(2)の本体(1)を備えるバルブであって、前記第1バタフライバルブは、開位置の両側の2つの閉位置に移動自在になるよう、駆動モータ(10)にリンクされた第1ギアホイール(7)と接続されており、前記第1ギアは、第2ギアホイール(17)にリンクされており、前記第1バタフライバルブが第2バタフライバルブを閉位置から開位置まで移動させるよう、開位置から前記閉位置のうちの1つに移動されるとき、確動一方向駆動装置(18、19、20、21、22、23)により、前記第2ギアホイールには第2バタフライバルブがリンクされている。この効果を奏するために、第1バタフライバルブが他方の閉位置に移動されるとき、バルブは、第2バタフライバルブを閉位置に戻すように移動させるためのスプリング機構(21)を有する。

Description
−第2バタフライバルブ15が閉位置にあり、第1バタフライバルブ5の位置が開位置と第1閉位置(図5に示されている中間位置)との間で調節可能となっている通常のモード、すなわち主要作動モードと、
−第2バタフライバルブ15が閉位置にあり、第1バタフライバルブ5が第1閉位置(図6)にある停止モードと、
−第2バタフライバルブ15が開位置にあり、第1バタフライバルブ5が第2閉位置(図7)にある第2作動モードとを有する。
−開位置において、バタフライバルブ5、15は、好ましくはダクト2の軸線まで、ダクト2内に突出する部分を有し、よってガス流をガイドし、デフレクタを形成すること、
−閉位置ではバタフライバルブ5、15は、ダクト2の壁の近くに位置し、好ましくはダクト2の壁と実質的に同一面上にあり、かつこのダクトの壁と平行であり、よって、ガスの再循環ゾーンの形成、および流れのその他の乱れを抑制し、圧力損失を低減することが理解できると思う。
−第2実施例では、スプリング11は存在しないこと。
−第2バタフライバルブ15のスピンドル16を伝達ギアホイール17に接続する手段が設けられていること。

Claims (11)
- 第1ダクト(3)および第2ダクト(4)を有する本体(1)を備え、前記第1ダクト(3)および第2ダクト(4)は、第3ダクト(2)に開口しており、前記第1ダクト(3)には、第1バタフライバルブ(5)が設けられており、前記第2ダクト(4)には第2バタフライバルブ(15)が設けられているバルブにおいて、
前記第1バタフライバルブ(5)は、駆動モータ(10)の出力シャフトに接続された第1伝達ギアホイール(7)に装着され、前記第1ダクトの開位置のいずれかの側に位置する第1閉位置と第2閉位置との間で移動自在となっており、前記第2バタフライバルブ(15)は、前記駆動モータに接続された第2伝達ギアホイール(17)上で枢動するように装着され、前記第1バタフライバルブ(5)がその開位置からその第2閉位置へ移動させられ、前記第2バタフライバルブ(15)を前記第2ダクトの閉位置から開位置へ駆動させるとき、前記第2バタフライバルブ(15)は、確動一方向駆動要素(18、19、20、21、22、23)によって、前記第2伝達ギアホイール(17)に接続されるようになっており、かつ、前記第1バタフライバルブ(5)がその第1閉位置に移動されるときに、前記第2バタフライバルブ(15)をその閉位置まで復帰させるための部材(25)を備えていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 前記駆動モータ(10)は、直流モータである、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第2バタフライバルブ(15)は、前記本体(1)から突出する一端部を有するスピンドル(16)に装着されており、前記スピンドル(16)には、前記第2伝達ギアホイール(17)に装着されたストッパー(22.1、23.1)と相互作用しうる、ラジアル支持体(18、19)が設けられている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ラジアル支持体(18、19)には、前記スピンドルと平行なピン(20、21)が取り付けられており、前記ピンは、前記第2伝達ギアホイール内に形成された円弧状の溝(22、23)内に、スライド可能に嵌合されており、前記溝の一端一部(22.1)(23.1)は、前記ストッパーを形成している、請求項3に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第2伝達ギアホイール(17)は、前記第1伝達ギアホイール(7)により、駆動モータ(10)に接続されている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記復帰部材は、前記第2バタフライバルブ(15)とバルブ本体(1)との間に装着されたねじりスプリング(25)である、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 第2バタフライバルブ(15)は、前記本体(1)から突出する一端部を有し、この第2バタフライバルブ(15)には、前記スピンドル(16)と共に回転するよう、このスピンドル(16)に結合された支持体(50)が設けられており、前記第2伝達ギアホイール(17)は、このスピンドルの端部で自由に回転するように装着され、かつ前記復帰部材を形成するねじりスプリング(25)により、前記支持体に接続され、前記スプリングは、前記支持体(50)を第2バタフライバルブ(15)の閉位置まで復帰させるように位置している、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 開位置にある前記バタフライバルブ(5、15)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記第3ダクト(2)内に突出する部分を有する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 閉位置にある前記バタフライバルブ(5、15)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記第3ダクト(2)と実質的に同一面となるようになっている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バタフライバルブは、前記第3ダクト(2)の近くに、枢動スピンドル(6、16)を有する、請求項8または請求項9に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1ダクト(3)および第2ダクト(4)の一方または双方は、加熱手段(29)を内蔵している、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
