Description

図3は、単一のオーバーブロッキング層を有するコーティングを備えている単一の機能層を有する多層のシート抵抗の、熱処理前の変化を、平滑層の厚さの関数として示す。
図4は、図3と同じ単一機能層を有する多層のシート抵抗の、熱処理後の変化を、平滑層の厚さの関数として示す図である。
図5は、本発明による、オーバーブロッキングコーティングを備えているがアンダーブロッキングコーティングを備えていない1つの機能層を有する本発明による多層を示す。
図6は、本発明による、アンダーブロッキングブロックコーティングを備えているがオーバーブロッキングコーティングを備えていない1つの機能層を有する多層を示す図である。

Claims (11)
- 薄膜多層[この薄膜多層は、赤外および/または太陽放射における反射特性を有する機能層(40)、特に銀または銀を含む金属合金を主成分とする金属機能層とおよび2つのコーティング(20、60)(このコーティングは、複数の誘電体層(24、26;64)から構成されている。)とを、機能層(40)(機能層(40)は、下にあるコーティング(20)上にそれぞれ直接堆積されたぬれ層(30)そのものの上に堆積されている。)が2つのコーティング(20、60)の間に設けられるように含む。]を備えており、
下にあるコーティング(20)は、窒化物、特に窒化ケイ素および/または窒化アルミニウムを主成分とする少なくとも1つの誘電体層(24)とおよび混合酸化物から作られた少なくとも1つの非結晶性平滑層(26)(前記平滑層(26)は上にあるぬれ層(30)と接触している。)とを含むことを特徴とする

- 平滑層(26)が、酸素の非化学量論量を有する酸化物層であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の基材(10)。
- 1つの平滑層(26)が、0.1から30nmの間、好ましくは0.2から10nmの間の幾何学的厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の基材(10)。
- 機能層(40)が、少なくとも1つの下にあるブロッキングコーティング(35)の上に直接および/または少なくとも1つの上にあるブロッキングコーティング(45)の下に直接設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の基材(10)。
- 少なくとも1つのブロッキングコーティング(35、45)が、NiもしくはTiを主成分とすること、または、Niを主成分とする合金を主成分とすること、特にNiCr合金を主成分とすることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の基材(10)。
- 機能層(40)の下にあるぬれ層(30)が、酸化亜鉛を主成分とすることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の基材(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの他の基材と場合により組み合わされた、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の、少なくとも1つの基材(10)を組み込んでいるグレージングユニット。
- 少なくとも多層を支持する基材が、曲げられているまたは強化されていることを特徴とする、一体構造の形でまたは二重グレージングまたは積層グレージング型の多重グレージングとして装着されている、請求項9に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 薄膜多層が、スパッタリング型の、場合によりマグネトロンスパッタリング型の真空技法によって基材上に堆積されること、次いで、曲げ、強化またはアニーリング方式の熱処理が薄膜多層の光学的および/または機械的品質を低下させることなく基材上で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の基材(10)を製造するための方法。
