i−可視光波長域の全範囲に渡って5より大きいn/k比率を有する、反射防止性/誘電性の材料製膜、すなわちSi3N4:Al製、TiO2製、ZnO:Al製の膜、
ii−可視光波長域の全範囲に渡って0.5より大きい平均係数kと、10-6Ω・cmより高い、固体状態での電気抵抗率とを有する吸収性材料製、すなわちTiOx製およびSnxZnyOz製の中間膜、

Claims (6)
- 一つの面(11)が、赤外線および/または太陽放射における反射特性を有する薄膜積層体(14)で覆われている基板(10)であり、該積層体が、特に銀ベースまたは銀を含む金属合金ベースである単一金属機能膜(140)と二つの反射防止コーティング(120、160)とを有し、前記コーティングがそれぞれ、少なくとも一つの誘電体膜(122、164)を有し、前記機能膜(140)が、二つの反射防止コーティング(120、160)の間に配置されている基板であって、前記反射防止コーティング(120、160)のうちの少なくとも一つが、0.75(2x+y)≦z≦0.95(2x+y)であり0.1≦x/y≦2.4の比率を伴う亜鉛とスズの酸化物SnxZnyOzを含み、また2nm〜25nm、さらには2nm〜12nmの物理的な厚さを有する中間膜を有することを特徴とする基板。
- 前記中間膜が、0.55≦x/y≦0.83の比率を伴う、亜鉛とスズの酸化物SnxZnyOzを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基板(10)。
