Claims (7)
- 一つの面(11)が、赤外線および/または太陽放射における反射特性を有する薄膜積層体(14)で覆われている基板(10)であり、該積層体が、特に銀ベースまたは銀を含む金属合金ベースである少なくとも一つの金属機能膜(140)と少なくとも二つの反射防止コーティング(120、160)とを有し、前記コーティングがそれぞれ、少なくとも一つの誘電体膜(122、164)を有し、前記機能膜(140)が、二つの反射防止コーティング(120、160)の間に配置され、前記積層体が、前記面(11)から最も離れた積層体の膜である最終膜(168)をさらに有する基板であって、前記最終膜(168)が、0.55≦x/y≦0.83の比率を伴うSnxZnyの状態での亜鉛とスズから成り、0.5nmと5.0nmとの間に含まれこれらの値を含まない、さらには0.6nmと2.7nmとの間に含まれこれらの値を含まない物理的な厚さを有する金属膜であることを特徴とする基板。

- 一つの面(11)が、特に銀ベースまたは銀を含む金属合金ベースである少なくとも一つの金属機能膜(140)と二つの反射防止コーティング(120、160)を有する、赤外線および/または太陽放射における反射特性を有する薄膜積層体(14)で覆われている基板(10)の獲得方法であって、以下の工程を順番に含む方法:

−酸素を含む雰囲気においての、放射源、特に赤外放射源を使った前記薄膜積層体(14)の処理であって、最終膜(168)の前記x/y比率は、前記処理前と前記処理後とで同一である。
