Abstract
Description
本発明の枠内において、水素と酸素の触媒による再結合を促進する触媒活性物質を含有する触媒が見出された。この活性物質は、金属酸化物製のマトリックスに埋入されている。この触媒の再結合速度はそれ自体で制限され得、そのため、触媒の温度は、水素又は酸素の供給がどれほど多くても所定の限界値を超えないことが分かった。
Claims (24)
- 水素と酸素との再結合を促進する触媒活性物質を含有する触媒であって、前記活性物質が金属酸化物製のマトリックス中に埋入されていることを特徴とする前記触媒。
- 水素のみを透過させる金属酸化物マトリックスを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 金属酸化物が三酸化モリブデンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 活性媒質が貴金属であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 白金、パラジウム、レニウム、ルビジウム、ロジウムおよびイリジウムの群からの貴金属を特徴とする、請求項4に記載の触媒。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒としての貫流可能な物体。
- 前記物体が前記金属酸化物マトリックスからなることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の貫流可能な物体。
- 前記物体が前記金属酸化物マトリックスでコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の貫流可能な物体。
- ハニカム状の構造を特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の貫流可能な物体。
- 同軸に配設された流路を特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の貫流可能な物体。
- 請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも2つの貫流可能な物体を含む触媒システムであって、前記貫流可能な物体が直列に接続されていることを特徴とする、前記触媒システム。
- 1つの貫流可能な物体の入口が、別の貫流可能な物体の出口に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の触媒システム。
- 貫流されるハウジングと、請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の貫流可能な物体又は請求項11〜12のいずれか一項に記載の触媒システムとを備える装置であって、前記貫流可能な物体又は触媒システムが、前記ハウジング内に貫流方向に対して横向きに配置されていることを特徴とする、前記装置。
- 水素を酸素と再結合させるための触媒の製造方法であって、触媒活性物質を金属酸化物製のマトリックス中に埋入することを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 金属酸化物として三酸化モリブデンを選択することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 活性媒質として貴金属を選択することを特徴とする、請求項14〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 三酸化モリブデン粉末に貴金属塩、特にヘキサクロロ白金酸又は硝酸パラジウムを含浸させることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末を800℃未満の温度でか焼することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 三酸化モリブデン粒子を、水性分散体からの貴金属ナノ粒子で被覆することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 開口の孔を有する物体に貴金属含有三酸化モリブデンを含浸させることを特徴とする、請求項14〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記物体を水系の被覆材懸濁液と接触させることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆材懸濁液に有機ポリマーを添加することを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング懸濁液にセラミック性結合剤を添加することを特徴とする、請求項21〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 含浸した被膜を800℃未満の温度でか焼し、焼き戻しすることを特徴とする、請求項21〜23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
