Claims (7)
- 特にUV放射またはIR放射によって放射硬化性の合成樹脂ラミネートを硬化することを目的として、長く延びた中空室(4)の内壁を放射するための放射源(1)であって、
少なくとも1つの光源(8)を備えた基本体(6)が設けられており、該基本体(6)に、基本体(6)をガイドするための複数のホイール(10)が、アーム(12)で、中空室(4)の内側において半径方向で該基本体(6)に対して可動に収容されている形式のものにおいて、
各アーム(12)に、少なくとも1つのガスばね(16)が配設されており、該ガスばね(16)が、アーム(12)を、半径方向内側の第1の位置から半径方向外側の第2の位置に押し付けるようになっていることを特徴とする、長く延びた中空室の内壁を放射するための放射源。 - 各アームが、フレーム固定式に基本体(6)と結合された、該基本体(6a)から離間して延びる第1のアーム区分(12a)と、該第1のアーム区分(12a)と枢着式に結合された第2のアーム区分(12b)とを備えており、ガスばね(16)が、第1の端部で、第1のアーム区分(12a)に収容されていて、かつ第2の端部で、第2のアーム区分(12b)に収容されている、請求項1記載の放射源。
- ガスばね(16)が、収縮状態で、ストッパとして作用するようになっており、該ストッパが、半径方向内側の第1の位置を越えて基本体(6)に向かうアーム(12)の旋回運動を防止する、請求項1または2記載の放射源。
- 各アーム(12)に、ロック装置(18)が配設されており、該ロック装置(18)が、アーム(12)をロックして、該アーム(12)が半径方向内側の第1の位置で半径方向外側の第2の位置へ旋回しないようにする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の放射源。
- ロック装置(18)が、アーム(12)の第1のアーム区分(12a)に旋回可能に収容された旋回レバー(20)を備えており、該旋回レバー(20)が、アームの第2のアーム区分(12b)に設けられたストッパ(24)と協働するようになっている、請求項2または4記載の放射源。
- 各アーム(12)に、2つのガスばね(16)が配設されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の放射源。
- ガスばね(16)が、対偶を成して各アーム(12)の側方でそれぞれ反対側に配置されている、請求項6記載の放射源。
