Abstract
Description
−反射手段の少なくとも1トラックと、
−多数の反射手段と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの送信手段と、
−多数の反射手段と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの受信手段とを備え、
反射手段の少なくとも1トラックを、少なくとも一つの送信手段及び少なくとも一つの受信手段に対して移動可能に配置して、容量などの明確に求めることができる電気パラメータが、少なくとも一つの送信手段及び少なくとも一つの受信手段に対する反射手段の少なくとも1トラックの多数の離散位置の各々に対して設定されるようにする。
−反射手段の少なくとも1トラックを配設するステップと、
−多数の反射手段と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの送信手段に、電気信号を供給するステップと、
−多数の反射手段と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの受信手段から、電気信号を受信するステップとを含み、
反射手段の少なくとも1トラックを、少なくとも一つの送信手段及び少なくとも一つの受信手段に対して移動可能に配置して、容量などの明確に求めることができる電気パラメータが、少なくとも一つの送信手段及び少なくとも一つの受信手段に対する反射手段の少なくとも1トラックの多数の離散位置の各離散位置に対して設定されるようにする。
−第1部材に接続される反射手段の少なくとも1トラックと、
−第2部材に接続され、かつ多数の反射手段と電気的に結合するように適合させた少なくとも一つの送信手段と、
−第2部材に接続され、かつ多数の反射手段と電気的に結合するように適合させた少なくとも一つの受信手段とを備え、
容量などの明確に求めることができる電気パラメータが、第2部材に対する第1部材のそれぞれの各位置に対して設定されるように、第1部材を第2部材に対して配置する。
−第1部材に接続される反射手段の少なくとも1トラックを配設するステップと、
−第2部材に接続され、かつ多数の反射手段と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの送信手段に電気信号を供給するステップと、
−第2部材に接続され、かつ多数の反射手段と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの受信手段から電気信号を受信するステップとを含み、
容量等の明確に求めることができる電気パラメータが、第2部材に対する第1部材のそれぞれの各位置に対して設定されるように、第1部材を第2部材に対して配置する。
本発明に種々の変更を加え、かつ本発明を別の形態とすることができるが、特定の実施形態が例示として図に示されており、そして本明細書において詳細に説明されることになる。しかしながら本発明は、開示する特定の形態に制限されないことを理解されたい。従って本発明は、添付の請求項によって規定される本発明の技術思想及び技術範囲に包含される全ての変形物、等価物、及び代替物を含む。
Claims (24)
- 第2部材に対して移動可能に装着される第1部材の絶対位置を求める薬剤投与器具の非接触構造であって、第1部材の移動が第1端部位置と第2端部位置との間に限定され、前記構造は、
−第1部材に接続される、反射手段(4)の少なくとも1トラックと、
−第2部材に接続され、かつ多数の反射手段(4)と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの送信手段(1,3)と、
−第2部材に接続され、かつ多数の反射手段(4)と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの受信手段(2)とを備え、
容量などの明確に求めることができる電気パラメータが、第2部材に対する第1部材のそれぞれの各位置に対して設定されるように、第1部材を第2部材に対して配置する、非接触構造。 - 反射手段の少なくとも1トラックの少なくとも一部分が螺旋状通路、円形状通路または直線状通路を形成する、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 反射手段の単一トラックを備える、請求項1又は2に記載の構造。
- 反射手段の単一トラックは、螺旋状に配列し、かつ薬剤投与器具の第1部材に配置される導電部材を含み、そしてトラックを形成する導電部材の寸法は、配列の軸方向に沿って単調に変化する、請求項3に記載の構造。
- ほぼ並行して配置される、反射手段の第1及び第2トラックを備える、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 反射手段の第1トラックは、螺旋状に配列し、かつ薬剤投与器具の第1部材に配置される導電部材を含み、第1トラックの導電部材によって第1周期が定義され、そして反射手段の第2トラックは、螺旋状に配列し、かつ薬剤投与器具の第1部材に配置される導電部材を含み、第2トラックの導電部材によって第2周期が定義され、第1周期は第2周期とは異なる、請求項5に記載の構造。
- 少なくとも一つの送信器は、薬剤投与器具に回転不能に装着される部分に配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の構造。
- 少なくとも一つの受信器は、薬剤投与器具に回転不能に装着される部分に配置される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の構造。
- 反射手段の第1及び第2トラックはそれぞれ、導電材料から成るほぼ連続する通路を含み、前記第1及び第2のほぼ連続する導電材料通路の各々は、トラックの軸方向に沿って変化する幅を有する、請求項5に記載の構造。
- 少なくとも一つの送信器、及び多数の反射手段が組み合されて一つのキャパシタを形成する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の構造。
- 少なくとも一つの受信器、及び多数の反射手段が組み合されて一つのキャパシタを形成する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の構造。
- 少なくとも一つの送信器、及び多数の反射手段が誘導結合する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の構造。
- 少なくとも一つの受信器、及び多数の反射手段が誘導結合する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の構造。
- 少なくとも一つの送信器、及び少なくとも一つの受信器が一つのコイルを含み、コイルがそれぞれ磁界を生成し受けるように適合されている、請求項12又は13に記載の構造。
- 多数の反射手段は、送信器によって誘起される渦電流をサポートする、請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の構造。
- 反射手段の各トラックに対し、2つの送信手段及び一つの受信手段を備える、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の構造。
- 反射手段の各トラックに対し、2つの送信手段及び一つの受信手段がほぼ真っ直ぐなラインに沿って配置され、そして1つの受信手段が2つの送信手段の間に配置される、請求項16に記載の構造。
- プロセッサ手段及び生成手段を更に備え、プロセッサ手段は少なくとも一つの受信手段からの信号または信号群を処理し、そして生成手段は信号または信号群を生成し、前記信号(群)を少なくとも一つの送信手段に供給する、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の構造。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の構造を備える、薬剤投与器具またはシリンジ。
- 薬剤投与器具において、第2部材に対して移動可能に装着される第1部材の絶対位置を求める非接触方法であって、第1部材の移動が第1端部位置と第2端部位置との間に限定され、前記方法は、
−第1部材に接続される、反射手段(4)の少なくとも1トラックを配設するステップと、
−第2部材に接続され、かつ多数の反射手段(4)と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの送信手段(1,3)に、電気信号を供給するステップと、
−第2部材に接続され、かつ多数の反射手段(4)と電気的に結合する少なくとも一つの受信手段(2)から、電気信号を受信するステップとを含み、
容量などの明確に求めることができる電気パラメータが、第2部材に対する第1部材のそれぞれの各位置に対して設定されるように、第1部材を第2部材に対して配置する方法。 - 第1電気信号を第1送信器に供給し、そして第2電気信号を第2送信器に供給し、第1及び第2電気信号は位相が約180度だけ異なる、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2送信器に供給される電気信号は、例えば90kHz〜110kHzの範囲などの、50kHz〜150kHzの範囲の周波数で発振する、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 第1電気信号の周波数は第2電気信号の周波数とは異なる、請求項21又は22に記載の方法。
- 第2電気信号の周波数を第1電気信号の周波数に対して8〜10%だけシフトさせる、請求項23に記載の方法。
