Claims (22)
- 基材の表面上に形成され、その伸びが本質的に縦方向でありかつ横方向の伸びよりも本質的に大きい構成要素を含む三次元表面構造を有する、透明なペイン、特にはガラスからなる透明なペインであって、全体として、平行な構成要素(1)のグループ(2)が前記基材の表面上に形成され、該構成要素の縦方向の伸びの配向が1つのグループから別のグループへ互い違いであることを特徴とする、透明なペイン。
- 前記グループ(2)が多角形の範囲内で記すことができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のペイン。
- 前記グループの角が長方形又は正方形(3)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のペイン。
- 前記グループ(2)が互いに直接隣接していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のペイン。
- チェックの視覚的な外観が得られるように、互いに隣接するグループ(2)の平行な構造の構成要素(1)の縦方向の伸びが全体としてグループ(2)間で90°の角度で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のペイン。
- 構造の構成要素(1)が、横方向と縦方向の伸びとにおけるフランクの勾配が平均で少なくとも45°である溝及び/又はリブの形態で作られたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のペイン。
- 各グループ(2)の互いに平行な構成要素(1)がそれらの縦方向の伸びに対して曲げて形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のペイン。
- 平行な構造の構成要素が三日月の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のペイン。
- 基材の表面上に形成され、横方向の伸びよりも本質的に大きい本質的に細長い伸びを有する構成要素を含む三次元表面構造を備えた、透明なペイン、特にはガラスからなる透明なペインであって、該構成要素が互いに平行に形成され、それらの縦方向の伸び全体にわたって互い違いの曲げ又は波状起伏を有することを特徴とする、透明なペイン。
- 構造の構成要素(1)のフランクの表面が、くぼみ又はレリーフの方向に変更された勾配で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のペイン。
- この方法によって製造されたガラスペインが、次いで熱的又は化学的に硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のペイン。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のペインを圧延又は型押によって製造する方法。
- くぼみの形態の個々の図柄を示す1つ又は複数のシリンダーを用いて圧延により構造が作られることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ペインがガラスからなり、型押又は圧延後、それが熱的又は化学的に硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のペインと、該ペインを横切る光エネルギーを捕集することができる部材とを含むアセンブリであって、該部材が該ペインに対面して配置され、該ペインが該部材に対面する側と反対側に表面構造を含む、アセンブリ。
- 前記部材が光起電力セルであることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ペインと前記部材が並置され、該ペインを構成する材料の屈折率よりも高い屈折率を有する樹脂が必要に応じて該ペインと前記光起電力セルの間に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するために、少なくとも1つの型表面がペインに適用されなければならない表面構造のネガティブ形状を有する、表面構造を備えた透明なガラスからなるペインを製造するための成形装置であって、該ネガティブ形状が、全体的に縦方向の伸びを有する平行な構造の構成要素のグループを有し、第1のグループの構造の構成要素の端部が隣接するグループの外部の構造の構成要素の縦方向の伸びに沿って配置されるように、直接に連続するグループが縦方向の伸びに沿って互いに回転していることを特徴とする、成形装置。
- 前記構造の構成要素が、縦方向の伸びに付加された曲げを示すことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の成形装置。
- 前記構造の構成要素が、縦方向の伸びに対して垂直な方向に伸びるフランクで曲げをさらに示すことを特徴とする、請求項18又は19に記載の成形装置。
- 太陽エネルギーを使用することを意図した建物部材を被覆するためのペインとしての、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のペイン(P)の使用。
- 前記ペインが鉛直方向に対して傾いた位置に取り付けられ、構成要素の縦方向の伸びが水平に対して、好ましくは常に45°傾いていることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の使用。
