Abstract
Description
本発明は2005年7月15日に出願された米国特許仮出願第60/699,895号の権利を主張する。本発明は、2003年10月16日出願の、J. Klaassen(本出願の発明者)による米国特許出願第10/895,445号「LiPONをセパレータおよび保護バリアとして有するリチウム/空気電池と方法」、2005年1月6日出願の米国特許出願第11/031,217号「一つ以上の画定可能な層を有する層状バリア構造と方法」、本願と同時に出願された米国特許出願第11/xxx,xxx号「重合体およびLiPON電解質層を有する薄膜電池と方法」(代理人整理番号1327.031us2)および米国特許出願第11/xxx,xxx号「軟質電解質層と硬質電解質層とを有する薄膜電池の製造装置および方法」(代理人整理番号1327.031us3)に関係する。
Claims (29)
- 正極と、負極と、それらの間の電解質構造とを有する電池セルを備え、前記電解質構造が、軟質電解質層と、少なくとも一つの硬質電解質層とを含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 前記電解質構造が前記負極上に硬質電解質層を含み、前記軟質電解質層が前記正極と、前記負極上の硬質電解質層との間に挟まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記軟質電解層がポリホスファゼンとリチウム塩とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記軟質電解層がMEEPとリチウム塩とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電池セルを囲む封入材料と、前記電池セルから前記封入材料の外部に通じる一つ以上の導線とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 電子装置と、前記電子装置を保持する筐体とをさらに備え、前記電池セルが前記筐体内にあり前記電子装置に電力を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 正極と、負極と、それらの間の電解質構造とを有する電池セルを備え、前記電解質構造が、前記正極上の硬質電解質層と、前記負極上の硬質電解質層とを含み、前記軟質電解質層が前記正極上の硬質電解質と前記負極上の硬質電解質との間に挟まれていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記軟質電解質層がポリホスファゼンを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記正極上の硬質電解質層がLiPONを含み、前記負極上の硬質電解質層がLiPONを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記軟質電解質層がポリホスファゼンを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記軟質電解質層がMEEPを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 電池セルを囲む封入材料と、前記電池セルから前記封入材料の外部に通じる一つ以上の導線とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 電子装置と、前記電子装置を保持する筐体とをさらに備え、前記電池セルが前記筐体内にあり前記電子装置に電力を供給することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 正極部品を設けることと;
負極部品を設けることと;
少なくとも前記負極部品を硬質電解質層で被覆することと;
前記正極部品と、前記硬質電解質層で被覆された負極部品と、それらの間の軟質電解質層とを用いて電池セルを形成することと;
を備える方法。 - 前記正極部品を硬質電解質層で被覆することをさらに備え、前記電池セルの電解質構造が、前記負極上の硬質電解質層と、前記正極上の硬質電解質層と、前記正極上の硬質電解質層と前記負極上の硬質電解質層との間に挟まれた軟質電解質層とを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記軟質電解質層がポリホスファゼンとリチウム塩とを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記軟質電解質層がMEEPとリチウム塩とを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 正極部品を設けることと;
負極部品を設けることと;
前記負極部品を硬質電解質層で被覆することと;
前記正極部品を硬質電解質層で被覆することと;
前記硬質電解質層で被覆された正極部品と、前記硬質電解質層で被覆された負極部品と、それらの間の軟質電解質層とを用いて電池セルを形成することと、
を備える方法。 - 前記正極上の硬質電解質層がLiPONを含み、前記負極上の硬質電解質層がLiPONを含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記軟質電解質層がポリホスファゼンとリチウム塩とを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記軟質電解質層がゲルを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記軟質電解質層がポリビニリデンジフルオリドと、プロピレンカーボネートと、リチウム塩とを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 硬質電解質層で被覆された正極部品と;硬質電解質層で被覆された負極部品と;電池セルを形成するための、前記負極部品上の硬質電解質層と前記正極部品上の硬質電解質層とを接続するための電解質的接続手段と;を備える装置。
- 前記接続手段が、一つ以上の前記硬質電解質層の欠陥を修復するための手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記正極上の硬質電解質層がLiPONを含み、前記負極上の硬質電解質層がLiPONを含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記接続手段がポリホスファゼンとリチウム塩とを含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記接続手段がMEEPを含むことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の装置。
- 電池セルを囲む封入材料と;前記電池セルから前記封入材料の外部に通じる一つ以上の導線とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の装置。
- 電子装置をさらに備え、前記電池セルが前記電子装置の少なくとも一部に電力を供給することを特徴とする請求項23に記載の装置。
