【解決手段】本発明の色素増感型太陽電池用ガラス組成物は、ガラス組成として、質量%で、V2O5 20〜70%、P2O5 10〜50%含有することを特徴とする。

A:Li、Na、K、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Zn、Cu、Ni、Mn等
B:Zr、Ti、Sn、Nb、Al、Sc、Y等
M:P、Si、W、Mo等
若しくはこれらの固溶体が使用可能である。
Claims (9)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、V2O5 20〜70%、P2O5 10〜50%含有することを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用ガラス組成物。
- 更に、ガラス組成として、質量%で、ZnO+SrO+BaO+CuOを10〜55%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色素増感型太陽電池用ガラス組成物。
- 質量%で、ZnO 0〜30%、SrO 0〜20%、BaO 0〜45%、CuO 0〜15%含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の色素増感型太陽電池用ガラス組成物。
- 25℃のヨウ素電解液に2週間浸漬したときの質量減が、0.1mg/cm2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の色素増感型太陽電池用ガラス組成物。
- 熱膨張係数が65〜120×10-7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の色素増感型太陽電池用ガラス組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の色素増感型太陽電池用ガラス組成物からなるガラス粉末 50〜100体積%と、耐火性フィラー粉末 0〜50体積%とを含有することを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用材料。
- 軟化点が550℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の色素増感型太陽電池用材料。
- 封着に用いることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の色素増感型太陽電池用材料。
- 集電電極の被覆に用いることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の色素増感型太陽電池用材料。
