Claims (11)
- 酸化クロムと、
(a)孔隙量が1.1〜1.8cm3/gで表面積が245〜375m2/g、(b)孔隙量が2.4〜3.7cm3/gで表面積が410〜620m2/g、及び(c)孔隙量が0.9〜1.4cm3/gで表面積が390〜590m2/gのシリカよりなる群から選択されるシリカを含むシリカ含有担体と、
有機アルミニウム化合物とを含み、
400〜860℃で活性化される担持されたクロム触媒。 - 前記シリカの孔隙量が2.4〜3.7cm 3 /gで表面積が410〜620m 2 /gである請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記有機アルミニウム化合物はアルキルアルミニウムアルコキシド化合物である請求項1又は2に記載の触媒。
- 前記アルキルアルミニウムアルコキシドは一般式R 2 −Al−OR(式中、Rは炭素数1〜12のアルキル基であり、ORは炭素数1〜12のアルコキシ又はフェノキシ基であり、基Rのそれぞれは同一の又は異なるものである。)で表される請求項3に記載の触媒。
- 前記アルキルアルミニウムアルコキシド化合物はジエチルアルミニウムエトキシドである請求項3に記載の触媒。
- ジエチルアルミニウムエトキシドは触媒の調製中に触媒へ直接添加される請求項5に記載の触媒。
- 600〜860℃で活性化される請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の触媒。
- 気相重合反応器内において重合条件下で請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の触媒をエチレンに接触させる工程と、
アルミニウム当量対クロム当量の最終的な比率が0.1:1〜10:1となるような量の有機アルミニウムを添加することにより、触媒活性、生成されるエチレンポリマーにおけるポリマー側鎖の枝分かれ、ポリマーM z /M w 、ポリマーM w /M n 、ポリマー密度及びポリマー分子量の一つ又はそれより多くを制御する工程と、
を含むエチレンポリマーの製造方法。 - 重合反応器にアルキルアルミニウムを添加することを更に含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記アルキルアルミニウムはトリエチルアルミニウム、トリ−イソブチルアルミニウム又はトリ−n−ヘキシルアルミニウムである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 重合反応器にアルキルアルミニウムアルコキシド化合物を添加することを更に含む請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
