Abstract
【解決手段】DPF温度とPM堆積量とがそれぞれの所定値よりも大きくかつ無噴射運転状態であり(S40:YES)、かつエンジン回転数が所定値よりも大きい(S60:YES)場合は、吸気スロットルを全開(あるいはその近傍)、EGRバルブを全閉(あるいはその近傍)に設定する吸気制御1を実行する(S70)。またDPF温度とPM堆積量とがそれぞれの所定値よりも大きくかつ無噴射運転状態であり(S40:YES)、かつエンジン回転数が所定値よりも小さい(S60:NO)場合は、吸気スロットルを全閉(あるいはその近傍)、EGRバルブを全開(あるいはその近傍)に設定する吸気制御2を実行する(S80)。

Claims (5)
- 内燃機関の排気通路の途中に配置されて粒子状物質を捕集するパティキュレートフィルタと、
前記パティキュレートフィルタの温度を取得する温度取得手段と、
前記パティキュレートフィルタにおける粒子状物質の堆積量を推定する推定手段と、
前記内燃機関に燃料を噴射する噴射手段と、
吸気通路に配置された吸気絞り弁と、
排気通路から吸気通路へ排気を還流する排気還流通路に配置された排気還流弁とを備え、
前記吸気絞り弁と前記排気還流弁との開度において、
前記吸気絞り弁の開度が全開を含み、前記排気還流弁の開度が全閉を含む所定の開度範囲を第1の開度範囲とし、
前記吸気絞り弁の開度が全閉を含み、前記排気還流弁の開度が全開を含む所定の開度範囲を第2の開度範囲とし、
前記温度取得手段によって取得された前記温度が第1の所定値よりも大きく、かつ前記推定手段によって推定された前記堆積量が第2の所定値よりも大きく、かつ前記噴射手段による燃料の噴射が行われていない場合に、前記第1の開度範囲と前記第2の開度範囲との中から前記吸気絞り弁と前記排気還流弁との開度を選択する制御手段をさらに備えた内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記内燃機関の回転数を取得する回転数取得手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記吸気絞り弁と前記排気還流弁との開度を、前記回転数取得手段によって取得された前記回転数が第3の所定値よりも大きい場合は前記第1の開度範囲の中から選択し、前記回転数取得手段によって取得された前記回転数が前記第3の所定値よりも小さい場合は前記第2の開度範囲の中から選択する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記内燃機関への吸気量を取得する吸気量取得手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記吸気絞り弁と前記排気還流弁との開度を、前記吸気量取得手段によって取得された前記吸気量が第4の所定値よりも大きい場合は前記第1の開度範囲の中から選択し、前記吸気量取得手段によって取得された前記吸気量が前記第4の所定値よりも小さい場合は前記第2の開度範囲の中から選択する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記内燃機関における吸気圧を取得する吸気圧取得手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記吸気絞り弁と前記排気還流弁との開度を、前記吸気圧取得手段によって取得された前記吸気圧が第5の所定値よりも小さい場合は前記第1の開度範囲の中から選択し、前記吸気圧取得手段によって取得された前記吸気圧が前記第5の所定値よりも大きい場合は前記第2の開度範囲の中から選択する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記制御手段が前記吸気絞り弁と前記排気還流弁との開度を前記第2の開度範囲の中から選択した場合に、前記内燃機関への吸気量を2g/sec以下となるように制御する吸気量制御手段を備えた請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
