Abstract
【解決手段】晶析対象物質を含む原水に晶析剤を添加して難溶性塩の結晶を生成させる晶析反応装置であって、原水に晶析剤を添加して難溶性塩の結晶を生成させるための晶析反応槽と、難溶性塩を主成分とする化合物をスラリ状で酸処理またはアルカリ処理する処理手段と、酸処理またはアルカリ処理した処理化合物を種晶として晶析反応槽に添加する種晶添加手段と、を有する晶析反応装置である。

原水:フッ酸含有排水
晶析剤:塩化カルシウム
晶析反応槽仕様:150L(500mmφ×1200mmH)
晶析反応槽pH:2.5±0.5
pH調整剤:水酸化ナトリウム及び塩酸
種晶スラリ槽仕様:15L(250mmφ×300mmH)
種晶添加量:30g/H
フッ酸含有原水のフッ素濃度:10000mg/L
フッ酸含有原水流量:30L/H
酸処理またはアルカリ処理種晶を行わなかった(処理槽pHは約7.2)以外は実施例1と同様にして実験を行った。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (2)
- 晶析対象物質を含む原水に晶析剤を添加して難溶性塩の結晶を生成させる晶析反応装置であって、
前記原水に前記晶析剤を添加して難溶性塩の結晶を生成させるための晶析反応槽と、
前記難溶性塩を主成分とする化合物をスラリ状で酸処理またはアルカリ処理する処理手段と、
前記酸処理またはアルカリ処理した処理化合物を種晶として前記晶析反応槽に添加する種晶添加手段と、
を有することを特徴とする晶析反応装置。 - 晶析対象物質を含む原水に晶析剤を添加して難溶性塩の結晶を生成させる晶析反応方法であって、
前記難溶性塩を主成分とする化合物をスラリ状で酸処理またはアルカリ処理する処理工程と、
前記酸処理またはアルカリ処理した処理化合物を種晶として前記晶析反応槽に添加する種晶添加工程と、
前記原水に前記晶析剤を添加して難溶性塩の結晶を生成させる晶析反応工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする晶析反応方法。
