2HF + CaCl2 → CaF2↓ + 2HCl
下記条件で、晶析処理を行った。生成した結晶の一部を引き抜き、引き抜いた結晶を粉砕し、粉砕した結晶の一部を晶析反応槽へ返送した。生成した結晶の重量の1.05倍になるように結晶を引き抜いた。引き抜き量は、14.7kg/day、種晶補給量(返送量)は、0.74kg/dayとした。すなわち、生成した結晶の5重量%になるように結晶を返送した。また、粉砕結晶の体積平均粒径は9.8μm、均等係数は2.9とした。
原水:フッ素含有原水
晶析剤:塩化カルシウム
晶析反応槽:150L(500mmφ×1200mmH)
晶析反応槽pH:2.5±0.5
pH調整剤:水酸化ナトリウム
原水のフッ素濃度:10,000mg/L
原水流量:30L/hr
初期充填種晶:天然鉱石の蛍石
初期結晶濃度:30重量%
脱水装置:フィルタプレス
粉砕装置:ジェットミル
運転時間:50日間
粉砕条件を変更して、粉砕結晶の体積平均粒径、均等係数を表1に示すように変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして実験を行った。結果を表1に示す。
種晶の返送量を、表1に示すように変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして実験を行った。比較例2では、種晶補給量(返送量)は、3.69kg/day(生成した結晶の26重量%)、比較例3では、種晶補給量(返送量)は、0.07kg/day(生成した結晶の0.5重量%)とした。結果を表1に示す。
結晶の引き抜き量を、表1に示すように変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして実験を行った。実施例4では、引き抜き量は、29.5kg/day(生成した結晶の重量の2倍)、実施例5では、引き抜き量は、11.8kg/day(生成した結晶の重量の0.8倍)とした。返送量は、引き抜いた結晶の5重量%になるように返送した。結果を表1に示す。
種晶として、天然鉱石の蛍石を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして実験を行った。なお、用いた天然蛍石の体積平均粒径は25μmで、均等係数は8.9であった。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (3)
- フッ素を含む原水にカルシウム剤を添加してフッ化カルシウムの結晶を生成させる晶析反応方法であって、
前記原水に前記カルシウム剤を添加してフッ化カルシウムの結晶を生成させる晶析反応工程と、
前記生成した結晶を引き抜く引抜工程と、
前記引き抜いた結晶の少なくとも一部を粉砕する粉砕工程と、
前記粉砕した結晶の少なくとも一部を前記晶析反応工程へ返送する返送工程と、
を含み、
前記返送工程において、前記生成した結晶の5重量%〜25重量%の範囲の量の結晶を返送することを特徴とする晶析反応方法。 - 請求項1に記載の晶析反応方法であって、
前記引抜工程において、前記生成した結晶の重量の1.001倍〜1.25倍の範囲の量になるように結晶を引き抜くことを特徴とする晶析反応方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の晶析反応方法であって、
前記粉砕した結晶の体積平均粒径は、1μm〜50μmの範囲であることを特徴とする晶析反応方法。
