Abstract
【解決手段】燃料タンクTに取り付け用いられる弁装置Vである。燃料タンクTの外部との接続通路Rの内端となる通気口を備えた主体部1と、燃料の液面Wを利用して通気口を開閉する弁体2と、この弁体2を取り巻くように主体部1から下方に延出されると共に裾部30に燃料の液面Wが達したときに燃料タンクTの内外の圧力差によって内側に燃料を取り込むように構成されたスカート部3とを備えてなる。

Description
燃料タンクの外部との接続通路の内端となる通気口を備えた主体部と、
燃料の液面を利用して通気口を開閉する弁体と、
この弁体を取り巻くように主体部から下方に延出されると共に裾部に燃料の液面が達したときに燃料タンクの内外の圧力差によって内側に燃料を取り込むように構成されたスカート部とを備えてなるものとした。
前記弁体2を、上昇により第一開口10’を閉塞する第一弁体2’と、第一弁体2’を上昇させるレベル(図6のレベル)より高いレベルに燃料の液面Wが達したときに上昇により第二開口10”を閉塞する第二弁体2”とによって構成させた例を示している。

Claims (5)
- 燃料タンクに取り付け用いられる弁装置であって、
燃料タンクの外部との接続通路の内端となる通気口を備えた主体部と、
燃料の液面を利用して通気口を開閉する弁体と、
この弁体を取り巻くように主体部から下方に延出されると共に裾部に燃料の液面が達したときに燃料タンクの内外の圧力差によって内側に燃料を取り込むように構成されたスカート部とを備えてなることを特徴とする弁装置。 - 通気口が、第一開口と、この第一開口よりも開口面積を小さくする第二開口とによって構成されていると共に、
弁体が、上昇により第一開口を閉塞する第一弁体と、第一弁体を上昇させるレベルより高いレベルに燃料の液面が達したときに上昇により第二開口を閉塞する第二弁体とによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - スカート部が、第一弁体を取り巻く第一スカート部と、第二弁体を取り巻くと共にその裾部を第二スカート部の裾部よりも上方に位置させた第二スカート部とによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弁装置。
- 弁体が、主体部の下方に上下動可能に支持されると共に、上昇により主体部の通気口を閉塞するフロート体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 主体部が、接続通路における通気口より下流側にさらに、車両に一定以上の傾きが生じたときに接続通路を閉鎖するように動作する弁体を納めた弁室を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。
