Abstract
【解決手段】エチレンおよび一酸化炭素の混合物の製造法であって、エタンおよび酸素源を少なくとも500℃の温度で接触させることにより、エチレンおよび一酸化炭素を製造する方法。(a)エタンおよび酸素源を少なくとも500℃の温度で接触させて、エチレンを生成させ;(b)アルコール、エチレンおよび一酸化炭素をエチレンカルボニル化触媒と接触させて、アルキルプロピオネートを生成させ;(c)アルキルプロピオネートを副生成物および出発物質から分離する段階によりアルキルプロピオネートを製造する方法。前記方法は、アルキルプロピオネートをホルムアルデヒドと縮合させて、アルキルメタクリレートを製造することをさらに含む。

Description
触媒を用いたエタン変換
使用される触媒は、米国特許第6,982,343号において以前に報告されているようにして調製されたMo/V/Te/Nb混合金属酸化物であった。
Claims (10)
- エチレンおよび一酸化炭素の混合物の製造法であって、エタンおよび二酸化炭素を少なくとも500℃の温度で接触させることにより、エチレンおよび一酸化炭素を製造する方法。
- エタンおよび二酸化炭素を、実験式AaDbEcXdOe(式中、Aは、MoおよびWからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの元素であり;DはVおよびCeからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの元素であり;EはTe、SbおよびSeからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの元素であり;およびXはNb、Ta、Ti、Al、Zr、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ru、Co、Rh、Ni、Pt、Sb、Bi、B、In、As、Ge、Sn、Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Fr、Be、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Ra、Hf、Ag、Pb、P、Pm、Eu、Gd、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、YbおよびLuからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの元素であり;ならびにa=1、b=0.01〜1.0、c=0.01〜1.0、d=0.01〜1.0、eは酸素以外の元素の酸化状態に依存する)を有するMMO触媒と接触させる請求項1記載の方法。
- MMO触媒がMoaVbTecNbdOeであり、および温度が600℃〜700℃である請求項2記載の方法。
- (a)アルコール、ならびに前記エチレンおよび一酸化炭素をエチレンカルボニル化触媒と接触させて、アルキルプロピオネートを生成させ;および、
(b)前記アルキルプロピオネートを副生成物および出発物質から分離する工程をさらに含む請求項1記載の方法。 - アルキルプロピオネートをホルムアルデヒドと反応させて、アルキルメタクリレートを生成させることをさらに含む請求項4記載の方法。
- アルコールがメタノールであり、アルキルプロピオネートがメチルプロピオネートであり、およびアルキルメタクリレートがメチルメタクリレートである請求項5記載の方法。
- メチルメタクリレートを重合することをさらに含む請求項6記載の方法。
- エチレンおよび一酸化炭素を共重合することをさらに含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記エチレンおよび一酸化炭素を水素と組み合わせて、プロピオンアルデヒドを生成させることをさらに含む請求項1記載の方法。
- プロピオンアルデヒドをホルムアルデヒドと縮合させて、メタクロレインを生成させることをさらに含む請求項9記載の方法。
