Description
次の手順によってOMS触媒が製造された:別の容器内で、16.8gのMnSO4・H2Oおよび6mLの濃HNO3が60mLの蒸留水に溶解され、11.8gのKMnO4が200mlの蒸留水に溶解された。次いで、KMnO4溶液がMnSO4溶液に滴下添加されて、結果的に茶色がかったコロイド状懸濁物を得た。次いで、そのコロイド状懸濁物が100℃で12時間の間還流された。得られた生成物がろ過され、脱イオン水で洗浄されて、望まれない反応副生成物を除去した。最終的にその物質をオーブン中で120℃で6〜12時間乾燥させた。
合成されたK−OMS−2は、管状炉内で800℃で2時間の間、500cc/分の流速のN2下で焼成された。得られた物質は担体物質として使用された。1.06gの1M Fe(NO3)3・9H2O水性溶液を1.5gの担体物質に含浸させ、続いて、振とう機上で30分間振とうすることにより、Fe−添加触媒が得られた。120℃で2時間乾燥して水を除去した後、得られた物質を、5℃/分の割合でさらに2時間の間650℃未満で焼成した。
CaCO3の市販のサンプル(20g、ACS試薬、99%+純度、測定孔体積〜0.60cm3g−1)が、硝酸Fe(III)(〜13重量%のFeを含む九水和物形態)の均一溶液6mLで処理された。初期湿潤プロセスは、一定の混合(均一性を確保するために、手作業での撹拌と、それに続くボルテックスミキサーでの30分間の撹拌)を伴った室温での硝酸鉄溶液の滴下添加によって行われた。
密封容器内で30分間浸漬した後、得られた褐色ペースト様前駆体がセラミック皿に置かれ、大きな塊は2〜3mmサイズの粒子に粉砕された。混合物は次いでプログラム可能な恒温箱型炉内で次のように焼成された:80℃で4時間、次いで、120℃で4時間乾燥、続いて、連続した空気パージ(5標準リットル/分)を伴って300℃で2時間の間焼成工程が行われた。次いで、触媒は、触媒評価工程の前に、追加の熱処理のために反応器に入れられた。この焼成工程は、10%O2および90%N2からなる気体流れを100cm3/分で触媒床上を通過させつつ、600℃で1時間の間行われた。焼成された触媒のx線蛍光(XRF)分析は、様々な金属の重量%について次の結果を示した:
上記触媒が次の方法で試験された:
CO2を用いたエタンの酸化的脱水素化が、垂直固定床石英反応器内で行われた。一定量の触媒(1.0cc)が1/2”石英管反応器の中央部分に入れられた。その触媒の上および下に不活性の石英チップが使用されて、支持および供給物予備加熱領域を提供した。反応器は、3−領域電気加熱管型炉内に導入された。独立した熱電対が、外部表面での反応器温度の制御と、中心サーモウェルを介した内部触媒床温度のモニタリングとの双方を可能にした。供給物ガス流れがBrooksマスフローコントローラーによって制御された。試験された全ての触媒は、600℃で1時間の間、N2中の10%O2ブレンドの100cc/分の流れを用いて、その場で予備加熱された。前処理に続いて、N2を流しつつ触媒は評価温度まで加熱され、その後で供給混合物に曝露された。所望の評価温度において、触媒は80:80:40 C2H6/CO2/N2供給混合物に曝露され、生成物分析が始まった。触媒は一般的に、数時間の間、1200hr−1GHSVで評価された。生成物分析はガスクロマトグラフィーによってなされた。生成物アカウンタビリティーは概して98+%であった。エタンおよびCO2転化率、並びにC2H4およびCO選択性は次のように計算された:
Claims (10)
- エタンおよび二酸化炭素を、合成クリプトメレンまたは八面体分子ふるいを含む混合原子価触媒と少なくとも550℃の温度で接触させてエチレンおよび一酸化炭素を生じさせることにより、エチレンと一酸化炭素との混合物を製造する方法であって、該混合原子価触媒はカチオンを含み、かつ電荷不均衡をもたらす混合原子価を有する触媒であり、該八面体分子ふるいは酸化マンガンおよびカチオンを含む、方法。
- 触媒が1種類の遷移元素または遷移元素の混合物を含み、当該1種類の遷移元素または遷移元素の混合物が、触媒の全重量を基準にして0.1〜50重量%の範囲で触媒中に存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 遷移元素が鉄である請求項2に記載の方法。
- (a)アルコール並びに前記エチレンおよび一酸化炭素をエチレンカルボニル化触媒と接触させてプロピオン酸アルキルを製造する工程;および
(b)プロピオン酸アルキルを副生成物および出発物質から分離する工程;
をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - プロピオン酸アルキルをホルムアルデヒドと反応させて、メタクリル酸アルキルを製造することをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- アルコールがメタノールであり、プロピオン酸アルキルがプロピオン酸メチルであり、かつメタクリル酸アルキルがメタクリル酸メチルである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- メタクリル酸メチルを重合することをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- エチレンおよび一酸化炭素を共重合することをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記エチレンおよび一酸化炭素を水素と化合させてプロピオンアルデヒドを製造することをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- プロピオンアルデヒドをホルムアルデヒドと縮合してメタクロレインを製造することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
