Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1) エタン、エチレンまたはそれらの混合物並びに酸素または酸素含有ガスよ り成るガス状供給原料を高温で、W、X、YおよびZ元素をa:b:c:dの グラム原子比で酸素と組み合わせて含有する下記式 WaXbYcZd (I) [式中、XはPd、pt、Agおよび/またはAuより成る群から選択される 1種類以上の元素であり、 YはV、Nb、Cr、Mn、Fe、Sn、Sb、Cu、Zn、U、Niおよび /またはBiより成る群から選択される1種類以上の元素であり、 ZはLi、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Be、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Sc、Y 、La、Ti、Zr、Hf、Ru、Os、Co、Rh、Ir、B、Al、G a、In、Ti、Si、Ge、Pb、P、Asおよび/またはTeより成る 群から選択される1種類以上の元素であり、 aは1であり、 bは0より大きい数であり、 cは0より大きい数でありそして dは0〜2の数である。] で表せるタングステン含有触媒に接触させて前記供給原料から酢酸を選択的に 製造する方法。 2) X、Yおよび/またはZがそれぞれ複数の元素であり、指数b、cおよび dは種々の元素について異なる値を採ってもよい請求項1に記載の方法。 3) 反応温度が200〜500℃、好ましくは200〜400℃である請求項 1または2に記載の方法。 4) 反応器の圧力が1〜50bar、好ましくは1〜30barである請求項 1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 5) bが0.0001〜0.5の数を意味する請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに 記載の方法。 6) cが0.1〜1.0の数を意味する請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の 方法。 7)dが0〜1.0の数を意味する請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 8)反応器にエタンを少なくとも1種類の他のガスと混合して供給する請求項1 〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 9)別のガスとして窒素、酸素、メタン、一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素、エチレンお よび/または水蒸気を供給する請求項8に記載の方法。 10)触媒が以下の組成: W1.00Pd0.0005V0.50Nb0.12 W1.00Pd0.0005V0.75Nb0.20 W1.00Pd0.0004V0.50Nb0.20Cu0.10P0.05 W1.00Pd0.0005V0.50Nb0.12Sb0.10Ca0.02 W1.00Pd0.0004Au0.0001V0.75Nb0.25Te0.002 W1.00Pd0.0005Ag0.0001V0.75Nb0.12Si0.01 の少なくとも1つを酸素と一緒に含有する請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載 の方法 11) 触媒を担体と混合するかまたは担体の上に担持させる請求項1〜10の いずれか一つに記載の方法。 12) エタン/エチレンと酸素とのモル比が1:1〜10:1、好ましくは2 :1〜8:1である請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 13) W、X、YおよびZ元素をa:b:c:dのグラム原子比で酸素と組み 合わせて含有する下記式 WaXbYcZd (I) [式中、XはPd、pt、Agおよび/またはAuより成る群から選択される 1種類以上の元素であり、 YはV、Nb、Cr、Mn、Fe、Sn、Sb、Cu、Zn、U、Niおよび /またはBiより成る群から選択される1種類以上の元素であり、 ZはLi、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Be、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Sc、Y 、La、Ti、Zr、Hf、Ru、Os、Co、Rh、Ir、B、Al、G a、In、Tl、Si、Ge、Pb、P、Asおよび/またはTeより成る 群から選択される1種類以上の元素であり、 aは1であり、 bは0より大きい数であり、 cは0より大きい数でありそして dは0〜2の数である。] で表される、エタン、エチレンまたはそれらの混合物並びに酸素を選択的に酸 化するためのタングステン含有触媒。
