Abstract
【解決手段】セル12の表面にフラックスを塗布するフラックス塗布工程と、フラックスが塗布された隣接するセル12に渡ってタブ14を配設するタブ配設工程と、当該タブ14をセル12に半田付けして接続するタブストリング工程と、タブ14が接続されたセル12を加熱するセル加熱工程とを備える。

Claims (3)
- 複数のセルを接続部材により電気的に接続して太陽電池を製造する方法であって、
セルの上面及び下面の電極の夫々に接続部材を配置し、上面側及び下面側から加熱することによって、前記接続部材を前記上面及び下面の電極の夫々に半田付けする工程を備え、
前記下面側からの加熱をホットプレートによって行い、
前記上面側からの加熱を温風によって行うことを特徴とする、太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記上面側からの加熱において、前記上面の電極に配置された接続部材に集中するように温風を吹き付けることを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記下面側からの加熱において、前記下面の電極に配置された接続部材に接触しないように配されたホットプレートを用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の太陽電池の製造方法。
