Abstract
【解決手段】重量平均分子量が80万未満で、ガラス転移温度が−100℃〜−30℃のカルボキシル基含有(メタ)アクリル系粘着ポリマー(1)、及び重量平均分子量が3万〜10万で、ガラス転移温度が20℃〜90℃のアミノ基含有(メタ)アクリル系非粘着ポリマー(2)を含有し、ポリマー(1)100質量部に対し、ポリマー(2)を1質量部以上20質量部未満含む粘着剤組成物を提供するものである。

Description
平均分子量が3万〜10万で、ガラス転移温度が20℃〜90℃のアミノ基含有(メタ)アクリル系非粘着ポリマー(2)を含む。そして、前記ポリマー(1)100質量部に対して、前記ポリマー(2)を1質量部以上20質量部未満含む。
かかる組成とすることにより、非粘着成分が粘着ポリマー中に相溶して、非常に微小なサイズで局在し、初期の濡れ性が抑制され、経時で粘着ポリマーが濡れ広がることで接着力が向上すると考えられ、通年での貼り付け特性に優れた粘着剤を得ることができる。
本明細書において、「(メタ)アクリル」とは、アクリル、またはメタクリルを意味する。
また、前記カルボキシル基含有(メタ)アクリル系粘着ポリマーの重量平均分子量は80万未満とすることができる。好ましくは、10万〜80万、または30万〜75万である。
前記カルボキシル基含有(メタ)アクリル系粘着ポリマーのガラス転移温度は、−100℃〜−10℃、−80℃〜−20℃、または−60℃〜−30℃とすることができる。
前記アミノ基含有(メタ)アクリル系非粘着ポリマーのガラス転移温度は、20℃〜95℃とすることができる。好ましくは、30℃〜90℃とすることができる。

前記カルボキシル基含有(メタ)アクリル系粘着ポリマー、及び前記アミノ基含有(メタ)アクリル系非粘着ポリマーのガラス転移温度(Tg)は、各ポリマーがn種類のモノマーから共重合されているとして、FOXの式(下式)より求めることができる。
1/Tg=X1/(Tg1+273.15)+X2/(Tg2+273.15)+・・・+Xn/(Tgn+273.15)
Tg1:成分1のホモポリマーのガラス転移温度
Tg2:成分2のホモポリマーのガラス転移温度
X1:重合の際に添加した成分1のモノマーの重量分率
X2:重合の際に添加した成分2のモノマーの重量分率
X1+X2+・・・+Xn=1
前記粘着剤層表面に凹凸を施す方法として、たとえば、フィルムの平坦な表面に、凹凸(ポジ形状)を有する圧接ツールを押し当て、フィルム表面にかかるポジ形状に対応する凹凸(ネガ形状)を転写して形成する方法を挙げることができる。前記圧接の際には、上記圧縮ツールを加熱して使用することもできる。上記ポジ形状は、通常、粘着面に形成されるべき凹凸構造と同一形状、同一寸法を有する。
さらに前記粘着剤層表面に凹凸を施す方法として、表面に凹凸を有する剥離紙を前記粘着剤にラミネートする方法を挙げることができる。かかる剥離紙は、通常、紙、プラスチックフィルム、またはこれら両者を積層したフィルムから形成される。かかる剥離紙として従来公知のものを使用することができる、その他例えば、ポジ形状を有する金型に、プラスチックを含有する流動性材料を流し込み、金型上でその材料を固化した後、金型を除去して得られる、ネガ形状に相当する凹凸構造を有する剥離紙を使用することができる。
剥離紙の凹凸構造面には、必要によりシリコーン処理等の剥離処理を施すこともできる。また、上記プラスチックがポリオレフィンからなる場合、剥離処理を省くこともできる。
表1中に示した各ポリマーの重量平均分子量(Mw)は、以下の測定条件を用いてGPC法により測定した。

また、表1中の各ポリマーのガラス転移温度(Tg)は、上述したFOXの式により求めた。

前記剥離紙の凹凸処理されたシリコン面(シリコン処理面)は、粘着剤層の接着面に形成されるべき溝部に対応する複数の突条が、互いに交差する様に、碁盤目を描く線に沿って連続して配置された構造を有していた。その突条の高さは11μm、突条の幅は20μm、隣接する突条間の最大距離(突条の底面間の距離)は0.2mmであった。また、突条に囲まれた凹部の垂直断面形状は略台形であり、これに対応して粘着剤層の接着層の凸部の形状は、垂直断面形状が略台形であった。
前記シリコン処理面の表面粗さを表面粗さ計(Toyo Seimitsu製 Handysurf E−35A)で測定した。Cut−off値は0.8mm、測定長さは4mmであった。平均表面粗さRaは2.2μmであった。
実施例6及び7の粘着剤組成は、実施例1と同様である。
実施例6ではサンエー化研社製RHC11T(シリコン処理両面ポリエチレンラミネート剥離紙)を使用した。Raは1.1μmであった。
実施例7では住友3M社製JINT106(シリコン処理両面クレーコート剥離紙)を使用した。Raは0.9μmであった。
比較例5のみ、表面に凹凸のないシリコン処理PET剥離紙を使用した。Raは0.06μmであった。
得られた粘着フィルムをについて、接着力、接触面積率、及び初期タック・貼り剥し作業性を測定し、結果を表3に示した。各測定方法は次のとおりである。
粘着フィルムを長さ150mm×幅25mmに切断し試験片とした。20℃及び5℃の環境下で試験片をパルテック社製メラミン焼き付け塗装板に貼り付けた。貼り付けはJIS Z 0237 8.2.3に従った。同温度下で5分間放置後に180°剥離強度をテンシロンで測定した。
76mm(縦)×26mm(横)×1mm(厚)のスライドガラス(マツナミガラス工業(株)製、MICRO SLIDE GLASS 白縁磨No.1、平坦面のRaは、約0.001μm)の平坦面に、剥離紙を除去した粘着フィルム(幅25mm×長さ70mm)の粘着剤面を貼り合わせ、約45mm幅の2kgのロ−ラ−で長さ方向に3往復し圧着したものを試験片とした。
フィルムが貼り付けられていない側のガラス板に白色光を照らし、偏向板を通して観察すると、粘着剤とガラス表面が接触している領域(接触領域)は黒っぽく見え、非接触領域は白っぽく見える。これを光学顕微鏡(協和光学製EMP−ST)で観察し、CCDカメラ(NEC製TI−32XA)を通して画像処理装置(日本アビオニクス製Excel−II)に取り込み、接触領域の面積と観察視野全体の面積の比を百分率で表して「面積接触率」とした。観察視野の面積は約1cm2であった。25℃環境下で試験片を作製し、同温度下で5分間及び24時間放置後に接触面積率を測定した。

- 重量平均分子量が80万未満で、ガラス転移温度が−100℃〜−30℃のカルボキシル基含有(メタ)アクリル系粘着ポリマー(1)、及び
重量平均分子量が3万〜10万で、ガラス転移温度が20℃〜90℃のアミノ基含有(メタ)アクリル系非粘着ポリマー(2)を含有し、ポリマー(1)100質量部に対し、ポリマー(2)を1質量部以上20質量部未満含む粘着剤組成物。 - 前記カルボキシル基含有(メタ)アクリル系粘着ポリマー(1)の重量平均分子量が10万〜80万である請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記カルボキシル基含有(メタ)アクリル系粘着ポリマー(1)のガラス転移温度が−80℃〜−30℃である請求項1または2に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリマー(1)100質量部に対し、ポリマー(2)を1質量部以上10質量部未満含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- さらに架橋剤を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- ベースフィルム層と、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤からなる粘着剤層とを有し、前記粘着剤層の表面が凹凸を有するマーキングフィルム。
- さらに、表面に凹凸を有する剥離紙を、前記粘着剤層の表面に積層してなる請求項6に記載のマーキングフィルム。
- 前記粘着剤表面の凹凸が、前記剥離紙により施された凹凸である請求項6または7に記載のマーキングフィルム。
