Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも一つの貫通孔1を有したダイフラム2と、このダイアフラム2を支持するとともにキャビティ4を有したフレーム3とからなる細胞電気生理センサであって、前記フレーム3に切り溝6を設けるとともに、少なくともこの切り溝6の壁面6aを親水性とすることによって、気泡の発生を抑制できるとともに残留した気泡の除去を容易にできることから、細胞電気生理センサの測定に対する信頼性を向上させることができる。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも一つの貫通孔を有したダイフラムと、このダイアフラムを支持するとともにキャビティを有したフレームとからなる細胞電気生理センサであって、前記フレームに切り溝を設けるとともに、少なくともこの切り溝の壁面を親水性とした細胞電気生理センサ。
- 切り溝を放射状に複数設けた請求項1に記載の細胞電気生理センサ。
- 切り溝の溝幅を異なる寸法とした請求項2に記載の細胞電気生理センサ。
- フレームの内周部に壁面を形成しないように切り溝を設けた請求項2に記載の細胞電気生理センサ。
- 切り溝の溝幅をフレームの外周部から内周部に向けて拡大するように設けた請求項1に記載の細胞電気生理センサ。
- 切り溝の底面をダイアフラムと同一平面となるように設けた請求項1に記載の細胞電気生理センサ。
- 切り溝の底面をダイアフラムに対して傾きを設けた請求項1に記載の細胞電気生理センサ。
