Abstract
貫通孔(1)を有したダイアフラム(2)と、ダイアフラム(2)を支持するとともにキャビティ(4)を有したフレーム(3)とを備え、フレーム(3)に端面(5)から切り溝(6)を設けるとともに、切り溝(6)の壁面を親水性としたものである。この構成によれば、貫通孔(1)の近傍における気泡の発生を抑制するとともに、残留した気泡を効率良く除去することができる。その結果、貫通孔(1)の近傍に付着した気泡を除去し、センサの測定に対する信頼性を向上させることができる。
