Abstract
【解決手段】絞り羽根1は、光路の開口量を規制する薄板形状の羽根基部1aと、羽根基部1aの一方の面に設けられ、羽根基部1aの動作を規制する円筒形状の第1軸部1bとを備える。羽根基部1aは遮光性を有し、第1軸部1bは羽根基部1aに接合される。第1軸部1bは、羽根基部1aに接合される端部31において面取り部32を有する。

Claims (9)
- 遮光性を有する薄板部材と、レーザ光により前記薄板部材に接合される突起部材とを備える光量調節羽根において、
前記突起部材はレーザ光透過性樹脂から成ると共に、前記薄板部材はレーザ光吸収性樹脂から成り、
前記突起部材は、前記薄板部材に接合される端部に面取り部を有することを特徴とする光量調節羽根。 - 遮光性を有する薄板部材と、前記薄板部材に接合される突起部材とを備える光量調節羽根において、
前記突起部材はレーザ光吸収性樹脂から成ると共に、前記薄板部材は、前記突起部材と当接する部分がレーザ光透過性樹脂から成り、
前記突起部材は、前記薄板部材に接合される端部に面取り部を有することを特徴とする光量調節羽根。 - 前記突起部材は円断面の中実部材であり、且つ前記薄板部材に接合される端部において前記薄板部材と当接する当接面を有し、
前記当接面の直径は、前記突起部材の外径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の光量調節羽根。 - 前記レーザ光は、前記突起部材を透過して前記薄板部材に照射されることにより、前記薄板部材上に照射スポットを形成し、
前記照射スポットの外径D4は、前記突起部材の外径をD1とするとき、D4<D1の関係を満たす値であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の光量調節羽根。 - 前記突起部材の当接面が円環形状となるように、前記当接面に凹部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の光量調節羽根。
- 前記面取り部は、段付き形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の光量調節羽根。
- 前記薄板部材は、開口量を規制する羽根部材であり、前記突起部材は、前記薄板部材の動作を規制する軸部材であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の光量調節羽根。
- 前記レーザ光吸収性樹脂は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを主成分とする材料であり、前記レーザ光透過性樹脂は、ポリカーボネートを主成分とする材料であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の光量調節羽根。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の光量調節羽根によって光束の量を調節する光量調節装置。
