Abstract
【解決手段】レーザ溶着装置は、レーザ光透過性樹脂シート5とレーザ光吸収性樹脂シート4をガラス2と受け台1の間に挟んで密着保持する。そして、ガラス2側からレーザヘッド3によりレーザ光を照射して、レーザ光透過性樹脂シート5とレーザ光吸収性樹脂シート4を溶着させる。ここで、ガラス2と受け台1は次の材料で製作される。レーザ光透過性樹脂シート4の融点をT1、レーザ光吸収性樹脂シート4の融点をT2、ガラス2の熱伝導率をTC1、受け台1の熱伝導率をTC2とすると、T1>T2のとき、TC1<TC2、T1<T2のとき、TC1>TC2となる材料である。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るレーザ溶着装置の構成図である。図2は、図1のレーザ溶着装置で使用される代表的な金属の比熱と熱伝導率の関係を示す図表である。図3は、図1のレーザ溶着装置で使用される代表的なエンジニアリングプラスチックの熱伝導率と融点の関係を示す図表である。図4は、図1のレーザ溶着装置でレーザ溶着する際のレーザ出力と溶融状態の関係を保持部材の材料を変化させて実験した結果を示す図表である。
図5は、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係るレーザ溶着装置の構成図である。図6は、図5のレーザ溶着装置によりレーザ溶着される光量調節装置の絞り羽根の平面図である。図7は、図6の絞り羽根の薄板部材と軸部材をレーザ溶着する際のレーザ出力と照射時間の関係を示す図表である。

Claims (4)
- レーザ光透過性樹脂とレーザ光吸収性樹脂を透明板と受け台の間に挟んで密着保持して、前記透明板側からレーザヘッドによりレーザ光を照射して、前記レーザ光透過性樹脂と前記レーザ光吸収性樹脂を溶着させるレーザ溶着装置において、
前記レーザ光透過性樹脂の融点をT1、前記レーザ光吸収性樹脂の融点をT2、前記透明板の熱伝導率をTC1、前記受け台の熱伝導率をTC2とすると、
T1>T2のとき、TC1<TC2、
T1<T2のとき、TC1>TC2、
となるような材料により製作された前記透明板及び前記受け台であることを特徴とするレーザ溶着装置。 - 前記透明板は、ガラス、石英、水晶、高耐熱樹脂を含むものであり、前記レーザ光透過性樹脂或いは前記レーザ光吸収性樹脂は、シート状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザ溶着装置。
- 前記受け台の前記レーザ光吸収性樹脂との当接面は、鏡面或いは平滑面でない粗面加工が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のレーザ溶着装置。
- 請求項1記載のレーザ溶着装置によって溶着される生成物。
