Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の光学レンズ組1は,2以上の透明樹脂レンズ11,12を組み合わせてなる組み合わせレンズであって,少なくとも1つの透明樹脂レンズ12が赤外線吸収能を有し,その透明樹脂レンズ12と他の透明樹脂レンズ11とが溶着により接合されているものである。さらに本発明では,透明樹脂レンズ11,12の組み合わせ全体を保持する不透明な鏡筒13を有し,透明樹脂レンズ12と鏡筒13とが溶着により接合されていることが望ましい。さらに本発明では,透明樹脂レンズ11,12の接合面に通気溝15が形成されていることが望ましい。

Description
このようにすれば,組み合わせレンズ全体が鏡筒によって保持され,取扱が容易である。
このようにすれば,接合時に空気が逃げることにより接合バラツキが低減する。また,溶着時に発生するガスが逃げることにより,溶着後の環境温度変化に伴う内部空気の熱膨張応力によるレンズの変形を防止することができる。
本発明の組み合わせレンズの製造方法によれば,赤外線吸収能を有する透明樹脂レンズを用いているので,溶着による接合は容易である。
このようにすれば,この組み合わせレンズの製造は容易である。
このようにすれば,比較的少ない回数の赤外線照射によって組み合わせレンズを製造できる。
このようにすれば,接合箇所に的確に赤外線を照射することができる。
以下,本発明を具体化した第1の形態について,添付図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。本形態は,複数枚の光学レンズを組み合わせた光学レンズ組に本発明を適用したものである。
次に,本発明を具体化した第2の形態について,添付図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。本形態は,CCD等の固体撮像素子を有するカメラ等に用いられる光学レンズ組であり,3枚以上の光学レンズを有する光学レンズ組に本発明を適用したものである。
例えば,上記の各形態に示した各レンズや鏡筒の形状や個数は一例であり,用途等に応じて適宜変更可能である。
また例えば,接合部L1,L2の配置や個数も適宜変更可能である。また,赤外線レーザを照射しつつレーザヘッドを円周状に移動させてもよい。
また例えば,溶着のために照射する光線は,赤外線吸収剤によって吸収される赤外線であればよく,必ずしも赤外線レーザでなくても良い。

Claims (7)
- 2以上の透明樹脂レンズを組み合わせてなる組み合わせレンズにおいて,
少なくとも1つの透明樹脂レンズが赤外線吸収剤を含有し,
その透明樹脂レンズと他の透明樹脂レンズとが溶着により接合されていることを特徴とする組み合わせレンズ。 - 請求項1に記載の組み合わせレンズにおいて,
透明樹脂レンズの組み合わせ全体を保持する不透明な鏡筒を有し,
透明樹脂レンズの1つと前記鏡筒とが溶着により接合されていることを特徴とする組み合わせレンズ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の組み合わせレンズにおいて,
接合面に通気溝が形成されていることを特徴とする組み合わせレンズ。 - 2以上の透明樹脂レンズを組み合わせてなる組み合わせレンズの製造方法において,
少なくとも1つの透明樹脂レンズが赤外線吸収剤を含有するものを用い,
その透明樹脂レンズと他の透明樹脂レンズとを赤外線を照射して溶着させることにより接合することを特徴とする組み合わせレンズの製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の組み合わせレンズの製造方法において,
各透明樹脂レンズを,これらの組み合わせ全体を保持する不透明な鏡筒に組み付け,
赤外線照射により,透明樹脂レンズ間の接合箇所と,透明樹脂レンズと鏡筒との接合箇所とをともに溶着することを特徴とする組み合わせレンズの製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の組み合わせレンズの製造方法において,
赤外線照射により,1つの透明樹脂レンズの両面の接合箇所を一度に溶着することを特徴とする組み合わせレンズの製造方法。 - 請求項4から請求項6までのいずれか1つに記載の組み合わせレンズの製造方法において,
前記溶着のために照射する赤外線は,赤外線レーザであることを特徴とする組み合わせレンズの製造方法。
