Description
図1は、本発明の第一の実施例を示す要部断面斜視図である。1は被写体からの撮影光を、図外の撮像素子に結像させる光学部材の一つであるレンズ、2は該レンズを保持する為のレンズ保持部材、3は組み込み時に前記レンズと、レンズ保持部材との間に介在する中間部材であるところのリング状部材である。このリング状部材は可視光線を遮光するような材料で構成されており、撮影光線以外の周辺部や図外の機構部品などからの反射有害光線を遮断する機能を有する光学絞り機能を兼ねている。更に該リング状部材は熱可塑性を有すると共に近赤外光を吸収する機能も備えるように構成されている。
上述のようにレンズ1がリング状部材3を介してレンズ保持部材2に組み込まれた状態において、先ずレーザー照射装置4からスポット状のレーザー光5がレンズ1を透過し、リング状部材に形成された3箇所の逃げ部3aを避けた位置、更に明確には上記3箇所の逃げ部3aと略半位相ずれた円周上の位置(図1中3b、一箇所は不図示)に対してほぼ同時に照射される。リング状部材3は上述のように、近赤外光を吸収するような材料で構成されているので、スポット状のレーザー光を吸収すると発熱し溶解する。この際溶解したリング状部材3は熱膨張し、前述レンズ1とレンズ保持部材2との間の隙間が埋まり、レンズ1の座面1aと密着固定されると共に、レンズ保持部材2を溶解しお互いが溶着される事となる。この段階でレーザー照射の工程が完了する。
図3は、本発明の第二の実施例を示す要部断面斜視図である。
6は被写体からの撮影光を、図外の撮像素子に結像させる光学部材の一つであるレンズ、7は該レンズを保持する為のレンズ保持部材、8は組み込み時に前記レンズの外周底部に形成された斜面6bと、レンズ保持部材7のレンズ当接面7aとの間に生ずる隙間に組み込まれる断面が略円形をなした中間部材であるところのリング状部材である。本実施例において、リング状部材9は熱可塑性を有すると共に近赤外光を吸収する機能を備えるように構成されている。

前記中間部材の厚みは、前記凸部の突出高さよりも小さくなるように設定されるとともに、前記凸部以外の部分で前記光学部材と前記保持部材との間に配置され、
前記光学部材を前記保持部材に組み込み、前記レーザー光が照射される前の状態では、前記光学部材が前記凸部に当接するとともに、前記光学部材と前記中間部材との間には隙間が形成され、
前記レーザー光が照射されることで、前記中間部材の少なくとも一部が溶解し、熱膨張することで、前記隙間を埋めることを特徴とする光学ユニット。 - 前記中間部材の前記凸部に対応する部分に、前記凸部と干渉しないように逃げ部を形成し、前記逃げ部を避けた位置に前記レーザー光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ユニット。
- 前記中間部材は、可視光を遮断する光学絞り機能を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光学ユニット。
- 前記光学部材は、前記中間部材と溶着される溶着面を他面よりも粗い粗面とすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の光学ユニット。
