通例の二軸スクリュー押出機を使用して、シラン化され、構造的に変性された熱分解法シリカ(ヒュームドシリカ)を使用し、DE10239423A1に従って、熱可塑性ポリマーとしてのポリプロピレン中に配合し、かつ分散させた。この例では、15%のシリカ充填率を用いて熱可塑性ポリマーとヒュームドシリカとのマスターバッチを製造した。マスターバッチをより良好な取り扱い性のために、配合後に造粒した。
ENTEXからの遊星型ローラー押出機を使用して、シラン化され、構造的に変性された熱分解法シリカ(ヒュームドシリカ)を使用し、DE10239423A1に従って、以下の第2表に示されている種々の熱可塑性ポリマーに配合し、かつ分散させた。
Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性ポリマー40〜99.9質量%と、シラン化され、構造的に変性された熱分解法シリカ0.1〜60質量%とを含有する、熱可塑性樹脂マトリックス/コンパウンド。
- ジメチルシリル基および/またはモノメチルシリル基が表面に固定された、シラン化され、構造的に変性された熱分解法シリカを含有する、請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂マトリックス/コンパウンド。
- 以下の物理化学的特性:
BET表面積m2/g:25〜400
一次粒子の平均粒径nm:5〜50
pH値:3〜10
炭素含有率%:0.1〜10
DBP値%:<200
を特徴とする、シラン化され、構造的に変性された熱分解法シリカを含有する、請求項1または2記載の熱可塑性樹脂マトリックス/コンパウンド。
