[一般式(I)中、aは1、2、又は3、bは0、1、又は2、cは0、1、又は2、a+b+cは3、Rは一価で、選択的にモノ不飽和又はポリ不飽和且つ選択的に分岐されるとともに1〜24個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基、R1は同様に一価で、選択的にモノ不飽和又はポリ不飽和且つ選択的に分岐されるとともに1〜20個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基とするが、RとR1の少なくとも1つが4つ以上の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基、R2は水素原子であって同様に一価で、選択的にモノ不飽和又はポリ不飽和且つ選択的に分岐されるとともに1〜20個の炭素原子又は他のSi原子との結合を有する炭化水素基。]
比較のため、実施例1と同様にペースト塊を製造した。違いは、オクチルシランで後処理された9.1gのヒュームドシリカではなく、欧州特許出願公開第2357162号明細書の実施例1及び2の硬化成分の組成を参考に、5.7gのポリジメチルシロキサン(エボニック社のAerosil(登録商標)R202)を使用したことである。
Claims (18)
- 増粘剤及び揺変剤を含む添加組成物であって、前記増粘剤はセルロース又はその派生物であり、前記揺変剤は一般式(I)で表す基に表面が変性されるヒュームドシリカであり、

ここで一般式(I)中、
aは1、2、又は3、
bは0、1、又は2、そして
cは0、1、又は2、
ここでa+b+cは3であり、
前記Rは一価で、選択的にモノ不飽和又はポリ不飽和且つ選択的に分岐されるとともに1〜24個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基であり、
R1は同様に一価で、選択的にモノ不飽和又はポリ不飽和且つ選択的に分岐されるとともに1〜20個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基であり、
RとR1の少なくとも1つは4つ以上の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基であり、
R2は水素原子であって同様に一価で、選択的にモノ不飽和又はポリ不飽和且つ選択的に分岐されるとともに1〜20個の炭素原子又は他のSi原子との結合を有する炭化水素基である、
ことを特徴とする添加組成物。 - R基が、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ヘキシル基、オクチル基、n−ドデシル基、n−ヘキサデシル基、及びオクタデシル基から成る群から選択されるアルキル基である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- R1基がメチル基、エチル基、プロピル基から成る群から選択されるアルキル基である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の添加組成物。
- 一般式(I)の化合物がn−オクチルシリルトリオキシ−(C8H17Si(O−)3)、i−オクチルシリルトリオキシ−(C8H17Si(O−)3)、n−オクチルメチルシリルジオキシ−(C8H17SiCH3(O−)2)、及びi−オクチルメチルシリルジオキシ−(C8H17SiCH3(O−)2から成る群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記増粘剤が非誘導セルロースである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の少なくとも1つに記載の添加組成物。
- 5〜75重量%の前記増粘剤及び25〜95重量%の前記揺変剤を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の少なくとも1つに記載の添加組成物。
- 第一級及び/若しくは第二級の脂肪族、脂環式、芳香族、及び/若しく芳香脂肪族アミン並びに/若しくはポリアミンから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つのアミンを含む硬化組成物、又は第一級及び/若しくは第二級の脂肪族、脂環式、芳香族、及び/若しくは芳香脂肪族アミン並びに/若しくポリアミンから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つのアミン及び少なくとも1つの過酸化物を含む硬化組成物を製造するための添加剤としての請求項1乃至6の少なくとも1つに記載の添加組成物の使用。
- 第一級若しくは第二級の脂肪族アミン及び第一級若しくは第二級の脂肪族若しくは脂肪族ポリアミンから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つのアミンを含む硬化組成物、又は第一級及び/若しくは第二級の脂肪族、脂環式、芳香族、及び/若しくは芳香脂肪族アミン並びに/若しくはポリアミンから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つのアミン及び少なくとも1つの過酸化物を含む硬化組成物の流動特性及び沈降安定度を調整するための請求項1乃至6の少なくとも1つに記載の添加組成物の使用。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アミンが第一級又は第二級の脂肪族ポリアミンである、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の添加組成物の使用。
- 前記アミンが2−メチル−1,5−ペンタンジアミンである、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の添加組成物の使用。
- アミン硬化化合物をベースとする、又はアミン硬化化合物及び少なくとも1つのアミンと請求項1乃至6の少なくとも1つに記載の添加組成物とを含むラジカル硬化化合物をベースとする樹脂成分を含む結合剤系の反応性樹脂組成物用の硬化成分。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アミンが第一級及び/若しくは第二級の脂肪族、脂環式、芳香族及び/若しくは芳香脂肪族アミン並びに/又はポリアミンである、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の硬化成分。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アミンが2−メチル1,5−ペンタンジアミンである、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の硬化成分。
- ラジカル硬化化合物用のラジカル開始剤をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項11乃至13の少なくとも1つに記載の硬化成分。
- 前記ラジカル開始剤が過酸化化合物である、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の硬化成分。
- 上記過酸化物がtert−ブチルペルオキシベンゾエートである、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の硬化成分。
- 鉱物又は類似の充填剤から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの無機充填剤をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項11乃至16の少なくとも1つに記載の硬化成分。
- 前記無機充填剤が石英、ガラス、砂、珪砂、シリカ粉末、ポーセレン、コランダム、セラミック、タルク、ケイ酸(ヒュームドシリカ等)、ケイ酸塩、粘土、二酸化チタン、チョーク、バライト、長石、玄武岩、アルミニウム、花崗岩若しくは砂岩、ポリマー充填剤、液圧式硬化充填剤、金属、鉱物若しくは有機繊維、又はこれらの2つ以上の混合物から成る群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の硬化成分。
