Claims (9)
- 内燃機関用ターボチャージャのためのエアインテークであって、ターボチャージャの圧縮機の翼車に到達した際に一定の旋回方向にて渦巻くよう空気を案内する一連の可変位案内翼を含む前記エアインテークにおいて、前記可変位案内翼を前記エアインテークにおけるターボチャージャ騒音の実質的低減を達成するように吸音材料で構成したことを特徴とするエアインテーク。
- 前記各可変位案内翼は2枚以上の翼部を含み、該翼部が互いに可動としてあり、前記可変位案内翼の前記翼部の相対的な動きが、前記可変位案内翼が作用させる前記渦巻の量及び/又は旋回方向の変化に影響を及ぼすことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエアインテーク。
- 前記各可変位案内翼を含む前記翼部が固定翼部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のエアインテーク。
- 前記各可変位案内翼は2枚の翼部を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載のエアインテーク。
- 前記各可変位案内翼は固定翼部と可動翼部とを備え、前記可変位案内翼の前記可動翼部の動きが前記可変位案内翼が発生する渦巻の量及び/又は旋回方向の変化に影響を及ぼすことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエアインテーク。
- 前記一連の可変位案内翼は円周に沿い配置し、前記案内翼の前記固定翼部は前記案内翼の可動翼部の径方向外方に配置したことを特徴とする請求項5記載のエアインテーク。
- 各可変位案内翼において、前記固定翼部と前記可動翼部とは端部どうしを固定し、前記可動翼部を、前記固定翼部と前記可動翼部の前記端部どうしの固定部にその可動軸を配置して、前記円周面に垂直な軸周りに回動可能としたことを特徴とする請求項6記載のエアインテーク。
- 前記各可変位案内翼において、前記固定翼部と前記可動翼部とを蝶番の形態にて端部どうしを固定し、該蝶番の軸により前記円周面に垂直な前記軸を構成したことを特徴とする請求項7記載のエアインテーク。
- 前記各可変位案内翼内において、前記固定翼部と前記可動翼部は共に吸音材料を備えた多孔金属板で構成したことを特徴とする請求項5乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のエアインテーク。
