Abstract

Description
I.少なくとも37.5g/g、好ましくは少なくとも38g/g、特に好ましくは少なくとも39g/g、より好ましくは少なくとも41g/g、最も好ましくは少なくとも43g/gであって、好ましくは75g/g未満、特に好ましくは70g/g未満、より好ましくは65g/g未満、さらに好ましくは60g/g未満、最も好ましくは55g/g未満の本明細書に記載した試験方法により測定した保持率を有する未処理の吸水性ポリマー構造体(Pu)を用意する工程と、
II.未処理の吸水性ポリマー構造体(Pu)を好ましくはSiO化合物、多価(好ましくは三価)カチオンを含む塩、又はSiO化合物及び多価(好ましくは三価)カチオンを含む塩の混合物である透過性向上剤と接触させる工程と、

- 吸収性ポリマー構造体の製造方法であって、
I.少なくとも35g/gの本明細書に記載した試験方法により測定した保持率を有する未処理の吸水性ポリマー構造体(Pu)を用意する工程と、
II.前記未処理の吸水性ポリマー構造体(Pu)を透過性向上剤と接触させる工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記透過性向上剤がSiO化合物又は多価(好ましくは三価)カチオンを含む塩である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透過性向上剤がSiO化合物及び多価(好ましくは三価)カチオンを含む塩の混合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記保持率が38〜55g/gである、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記SiO化合物がモノオルトケイ酸を重縮合することによって得られた化合物である、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

(F)ERT 442.2−02に準拠して測定した50g/cm2の圧力下における吸収率(粒子の場合には粒子全量について測定)が、10〜26g/g - 前記吸水性ポリマー構造体を前記工程IIの前、前記工程IIの実施中又は前記工程IIの後に後架橋させる、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られる吸水性ポリマー構造体。
- 以下の特性を有する吸水性ポリマー構造体。
a.少なくとも32g/gの本明細書に記載した試験方法により測定した保持率
b.本明細書に記載した試験方法により測定した20g/cm2の圧力下における時間依存吸収率(0.3psiにおけるTAAP)が以下の群から選択される
b1.ポリマー構造体の最大吸収量の50%に達する時間が20分間以内
b2.ポリマー構造体の最大吸収量の90%に達する時間が40分間以内 - 前記ポリマー構造体の表面に、少なくとも0.001重量%のSiO化合物、少なくとも0.001重量%の多価(好ましくは三価)カチオン又はそれらの少なくとも2種が固定されている、請求項11又は12のいずれか1項に記載の吸水性ポリマー構造体。
- 少なくとも10g/gのERT 442.2−02に準拠して測定した0.7psi(50g/cm2)の圧力下における吸収率を有する、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の吸水性ポリマー構造体。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の吸水性ポリマー構造体、基材及び必要に応じて添加剤を含む複合体。
- 前記複合体が吸水性コアである、請求項15に記載の複合体。
- 以下の特性の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項16に記載の複合体。
(δ1)3回目の湿潤後の再湿潤値が3g以下
(δ2)2回目の湿潤後の吸収時間が450秒以下
(δ3)3回目の湿潤後の吸収時間が1500秒以下 - 少なくとも1つの領域を含み、前記領域が前記領域の全重量に対して約15〜100重量%の量で前記吸水性ポリマー構造体を含む、請求項17に記載の複合体。
- 少なくとも0.02g/cm2の単位面積あたりの質量を有する、請求項15〜18のいずれか1項に記載の複合体。
- 約20mm以下の厚みを有する、請求項15〜19のいずれか1項に記載の複合体。
- 請求項15〜20のいずれか1項に記載の複合体の製造方法であって、請求項9〜12に記載の吸水性ポリマー構造体と、基材と、必要に応じて添加剤を接触させる方法。
- 請求項21に記載の方法により得られる複合体。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の吸水性ポリマー構造体又は請求項15〜20及び22のいずれか1項に記載の複合体を含む化学製品。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の吸水性ポリマー構造体又は請求項15〜20及び22のいずれか1項に記載の複合体の使用。
