Claims (44)
- 複数の可動ドライブ素子を有するドライブトレーンの位置検知システムであって、
複数の磁石と、
複数の磁気センサと、
前記複数の磁気センサに接続された制御手段を含み、
前記複数の磁石のそれぞれは、前記ドライブトレーンの前記複数の可動ドライブ素子の対応する1つに固定され、
前記複数の磁気センサのそれぞれは、前記複数の磁石の対応する1つが生成する磁場の動きによって生じる磁束密度の変化を検出するように動作するように構成され、
前記複数の磁気センサのそれぞれは対応する各可動ドライブ素子の動きに起因する前記磁束密度の変化に対応する出力信号を生成するように動作し、
前記制御手段は前記複数の可動ドライブ素子の1つ以上の位置を、前記複数の出力信号に基づいて判断するように動作し、
前記複数の出力信号のそれぞれは組み合わされた信号の成分である、位置検知システム。 - 前記複数の磁石は多極磁石を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の磁石は八極磁石を含む、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の磁気センサの1つは多素子磁気センサを含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記制御手段は、出力として制御信号を生成するように動作する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記多素子磁気センサは複数の磁気抵抗素子を含む、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の磁気抵抗素子は、電気的なブリッジを構成する4つの磁気抵抗素子を含む、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記電気的なブリッジはホイートストンブリッジである、請求項7記載のシステム。

第1の構成でN極及びS極を交互に配列した複数の高分解能磁石とを含み、
前記複数の高分解能磁石は、前記複数の可動ドライブ素子の1つに固定され、
前記高分解能磁気センサは、前記可動素子の動作時に、前記複数の高分解能磁石の動きによって生じる磁場の変化を測定するように動作する、請求項1記載のシステム。 - 前記高分解能磁気センサに隣接し、前記複数の高分解能磁石からの磁束を前記高分解能磁気センサに導くように動作する歯状磁束ガイドをさらに含む、請求項13記載のシステム。
- 前記高分解能磁気センサは磁気抵抗素子を含む、請求項13記載のシステム。
- 前記高分解能磁気センサはアナログホール効果素子を含む、請求項13記載のシステム。
- 前記高分解能磁気センサはデジタルホール効果素子を含む、請求項13記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の構成は環状である、請求項13記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の構成は線形配列である、請求項13記載のシステム。
- 前記可動素子に固定され、前記複数の磁気センサの1つの磁束を変調するように動作する磁束ガイドをさらに含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のドライブトレーン素子は回転シャフトを含み、
前記複数の磁気センサの1つは、前記回転シャフトの外周に合わせた二対の磁性ヨークを有する磁気直交センサを含み、
前記回転シャフトは複数の磁石を含み、
前記多素子磁気センサの各磁気センサは、前記二対の磁性ヨークの各対の端の間に配置され、
前記磁気直交センサは、前記回転シャフトの動きを検出し、出力として前記動きに対応する直交信号を生成するように動作する、請求項1記載のシステム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記磁気直交センサから前記直交信号を受信し、前記直交信号に正弦波直交復号を行って前記回転シャフトの位置を判断するように動作する電子制御装置を含む、請求項21記載のシステム。
- 前記磁性ヨークは常磁性体を含む、請求項21記載のシステム。
- 前記磁石は、鉄、ニッケル、コバルト、ジスプロシウム、及びガドリニウムからなるグループから選択された磁性体を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記制御手段は、前記複数の磁気センサと連結し、前記制御手段から前記出力信号を受信するように動作する電子制御装置を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 複数の可動素子を有するドライブトレーンの可動素子の位置の測定方法であって、
前記複数の可動素子の動きを生成するステップ、
前記可動素子の前記動きによって第1の磁気センサに相対する第1の磁場の動きを生成するステップ、
前記可動素子の前記動きによって第2の磁気センサに相対する第2の磁場の動きを生成するステップ、
前記磁場における変化を検出するステップ、
前記第1及び第2の磁場における前記変化に対応する出力信号を生成するステップ、
前記第1及び第2の磁場における前記変化の関数として、前記可動素子の位置を決定するステップを含んでなる、測定方法。 - 前記可動素子の動きを生成するステップは、アクチュエータ出力素子を動かすステップを含む、請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記磁場の動きを生成するステップは、前記可動素子に固定した磁石を動かすステップを含む、請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記磁場の動きを生成するステップは、前記第1の磁気センサを動かすステップを含む、請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記磁場の動きが前記可動素子の動きに直接対応し、前記出力信号が前記可動素子の絶対位置に直接対応する、請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記磁場の動きが前記可動素子の動きに比例し、前記出力信号が前記可動素子の相対位置に対応する、請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記出力信号を使用して前記第1の可動素子と機械的に連結したブラシレスDCモータの整流シーケンスを制御するステップを更に含んでなる、請求項26記載の方法。
- 回動接続によって相互に回転可能に連結した複数の回転フレーム素子、
回転可能に接続した前記複数の回転フレーム素子の組と連結し、前記回転フレーム素子の組を回転させるように動作する作動手段、
それぞれが前記複数の回転フレーム素子の組の1つに固定された複数の第1の磁石、
それぞれが前記複数の第1の磁石の1つによって生成された磁場の磁束密度を検出し、検出した磁束に対応した出力信号を生成するように動作する複数の第1の磁気センサ、
それぞれが、前記複数の回転フレーム素子の1つと回転可能に連結した第2のドライブ素子に固定された1つ以上の第2の磁石、
それぞれが前記1つ以上の第2の磁石の1つによって生成された磁場の磁束密度を検出し、検出した磁束に対応した出力信号を生成するように構成されて動作する1つ以上の第2の磁気センサ、
更に、前記複数の第1の磁気センサ及び前記1つ以上の第2の磁気センサに接続し、
前記複数の第1の磁気センサの出力信号、及び前記1つ以上の第2の磁気センサ前記出力信号の関数として複合分解能位置信号を生成するように動作する、電子制御手段を含んでなる、ジンバル。 - 前記作動手段はEMAを含む、請求項33記載のジンバル。
- 前記複数の第1の磁気センサは多素子磁気センサを含む、請求項33記載のジンバル。
- 前記多素子磁気センサは複数の磁気抵抗素子を含む、請求項35記載のジンバル。
- 前記複数の磁気抵抗素子は、電気的にブリッジ構成に構成された4つの磁気抵抗素子を含む、請求項36記載のジンバル。
- 前記ブリッジ構成はホイートストンブリッジである、請求項37記載のジンバル。
- 前記多素子磁気センサは複数のホール効果素子を含む、請求項35記載のジンバル。
- 前記複数のホール効果素子は比例ホール効果素子を含む、請求項39記載のジンバル。
- 前記複数のホール効果素子はデジタルホール効果素子を含む、請求項39記載のジンバル。
- 前記複数のホール効果素子は、ICに構成され配置された4つの比例ホール効果素子を含む、請求項39記載のジンバル。
- 前記EMAのモータシャフトの外周をリング状に囲むN極とS極交互に配列した複数の高分解能磁石と高分解能磁気センサを含み、
前記高分解能磁気センサは、前記EMAモータシャフトが回転するに伴い、前記複数の高分解能磁石によって生成される磁場変化を測定するように動作する、請求項34記載のジンバル。 - 前記電子制御手段は、前記出力信号を受信するように動作する電子制御装置を含む、請求項33記載のジンバル。
