Claims (12)
- 入力軸の多回転量を複数のレゾルバにより検出する多回転検出器において、
各レゾルバは、
磁束変調部材からなるロータコアを有したロータ部であって、前記入力軸の回転に伴い、他のレゾルバのロータ部とは異なる減速比で回転するロータ部と、
前記ロータ部の回転軸方向に交流磁束を励磁する励磁巻線と、前記ロータ部の回転角に対応して振幅変調された交流信号を出力する二つの検出巻線と、を有したステータ部と、
を備え、
前記複数のレゾルバの励磁巻線および検出巻線を同一の多層プリント基板上の導体パターンにより形成し、
各レゾルバの前記励磁巻線は、前記検出巻線よりも、前記ロータ部の回転中心に近い位置に限定して配されている、
ことを特徴とする多回転検出器。 - 入力軸の多回転量を複数のレゾルバにより検出する多回転検出器において、
各レゾルバは、
磁束変調部材からなるロータコアを有したロータ部であって、前記入力軸の回転に伴い、他のレゾルバのロータ部とは異なる減速比で回転するロータ部と、
前記ロータ部の回転軸方向に交流磁束を励磁する励磁巻線と、前記ロータ部の回転角に対応して振幅変調された交流信号を出力する二つの検出巻線と、を有したステータ部と、
を備え、
前記複数のレゾルバの励磁巻線および検出巻線を同一の多層プリント基板上の導体パターンにより形成し、
前記励磁巻線は、前記ロータ部の回転中心を囲うように巻回した導体パターンであり、
前記検出巻線は、異心同径の二つの円の円周上を進む導体パターンであり、前記二つの円のうち一方の円の円周上を第一方向に進み、他方の円の円周上を第一方向と逆方向の第二方向に進むように、前記二つの円の交点の一つ、または、交点の一つ近傍において、逆方向に折り返す、形状の導体パターンである、
ことを特徴とする多回転検出器。 - 前記ステータ部は、さらに、前記ロータ部の回転中心を中心とする円状であるとともに前記二つの検出巻線を囲う環状導体パターンを有し、
前記環状導体パターンは、前記同一の多層プリント基板上に配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多回転検出器。 - 前記二つの検出巻線は、対応するロータ部の回転角の正弦値に振幅変調された交流信号を出力する第一検出巻線、および対応するロータ部の回転角の余弦値に振幅変調された交流信号を出力する第二検出巻線、であり、
各レゾルバの検出巻線は、前記多層プリント基板上の導体パターンの配線で、他のレゾルバの検出巻線に直列接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多回転検出器。 - 前記検出巻線と他のレゾルバの検出巻線とを直列接続する配線は、異なる二つの層の同位置に配された同形状の二つの導体パターンであり、
前記同形状の二つの導体パターンは、接続対象の検出巻線のうち、前記ロータ部の回転中心から最も離れた位置の前後30度以内の箇所において、前記接続対象の検出巻線に接続する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多回転検出器。 - 前記複数のレゾルバそれぞれの励磁巻線の一端は、前記多層プリント基板上に設けられた同一の導体ベタパターンに接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の多回転検出器。
- 前記ロータ部は、樹脂製歯車に磁束変調部材を接合した構造である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の多回転検出器。
- 前記ロータ部の磁束変調部材は、スチール製の板金である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の多回転検出器。
- 前記ロータ部の磁束変調部材は、非磁性金属からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の多回転検出器。
- 前記多層プリント基板を挟んで、前記ロータ部の反対側に軟磁性材の板を配置した、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の多回転検出器。
- 前記軟磁性材の板は、スチール製の板金であり、前記板金により、ロータ部の回転を保持する固定軸を接合させたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多回転検出器。
- 前記軟磁性材の板は、全ての検出巻線を覆うサイズである、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多回転検出器。
