Abstract
Description
I.カチオン性の澱粉の完成紙料サンプルへの添加;
II.CMCの完成紙料サンプルへの添加;および
III.カチオン性の澱粉の完成紙料サンプルへの添加。
3つの層からなる板紙を製造した。板紙の上下の層を形成する完成紙料は50%広葉樹パルプおよび50%針葉樹パルプからなり、SR数は約27である。板紙の中央の層を形成する完成紙料は、55%CTMPと45%の下記混合物部分であり、この混合物部分は約55%の漂白した針葉樹パルプ、15%の漂白した広葉樹パルプおよび30%CTMPからなる。中央の層がCTMPと前記混合物部分からなる板紙は、典型的な液体包装用板紙を示すものである。
Claims (14)
- 紙または板紙製品の製造方法であって、該方法が繊維を含む完成紙料を供給する工程と、完成紙料の第一の部分(1)をポリマー処理し、ここでポリマーは少なくとも2段階にわたって完成紙料に加えられる工程と、前記ポリマー処理された第一の部分を完成紙料の処理されていない第二の部分(2)と混ぜ合わせる工程と、完成紙料をすき網上で脱水して繊維ウェブを形成する工程とを含む方法。
- 前記第一の完成紙料部分が完成紙料全体の重量に対して20〜80重量%である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の完成紙料部分が、完成紙料中に存在する最も長い繊維を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の完成紙料部分が針葉樹繊維から得られたクラフトまたは亜硫酸パルプを含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記完成紙料が填料および所望により他の製紙用添加剤を含み、該填料および該添加剤は前記第一の完成紙料部分のポリマー処理に引き続いて加えられる、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記完成紙料が填料および所望により他の製紙用添加剤を含み、該填料および該添加剤が前記第一の完成紙料部分のポリマー処理の前に加えられる、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記連続的なポリマー処理段階で使用されるポリマーが、後続の段階で使用されるポリマーと相互作用する、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1回のポリマー処理の段階がアニオン性のポリマーの添加を含み、少なくとも1回のポリマー処理の段階がカチオン性のポリマーの添加を含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アニオン性のポリマーがCMCである請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記カチオン性のポリマーがカチオン性の澱粉である請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー処理が2〜7の段階を含む、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー処理が3〜7の段階を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法によって製造された板紙の製品。
- 請求項1に記載の方法によって製造された紙。
