Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.容易に再パルプ化されるセルロース繊維紙製品の製造方法であって、 繊維完成紙料の体積から5〜40%の繊維を分離する工程と 分離した繊維を水性懸濁液中で、0.5〜5.0重量%の陽イオン架橋型湿潤 強力樹脂添加剤によって、該樹脂を該セルロース繊維に結合させるために充分な 時間処理する工程と 処理済み繊維を該セルロース完成紙料の非処理残部と、水性スラリー中で再結 合させ、完全にかつ均一に混合する工程と; 混合した処理済み繊維と非処理繊維とを、製品の乾燥強度が再パルプ化性に不 利な影響を及ぼさずに強化されるように、該樹脂添加剤の少なくとも部分的な架 橋を得るために充分な温度において紙製品にシート化し、乾燥させる工程と を含む上記方法。 2.繊維の10%〜30%を陽イオン樹脂添加剤によって処理する、請求項 1記載の方法。 3.分離繊維を非処理繊維と再結合させる前に樹脂を繊維に結合させるため に、樹脂を分離繊維に加えた後に少なくとも30秒間の遅延時間が存在する、請 求項1記載の方法。 4.遅延時間が30秒間〜1時間である、請求項3記載の方法。 5.架橋型湿潤強力樹脂が尿素−ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物、メラミン− 尿素−ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物及びポリアミド−エピクロロヒドリン反応生 成物から成る群から選択される、請求項1記載の方法。 6.化学的反応性樹脂がポリアミド−エピクロロヒドリン反応生成物である 、請求項5記載の方法。 7.ポリアミド−エピクロロヒドリン樹脂が紙製品中の再結合繊維に基づい て0.1〜0.6重量%に達するために充分な量で用いられる、請求項6記載の 方法。 8.セルロース繊維完成紙料が主として、決して前乾燥されていない生繊維 である、請求項1記載の方法。 9.セルロース繊維完成紙料が少なくとも5%の既に乾燥済みのリサイクル 繊維を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。 10.セルロース繊維完成紙料が10〜100%の既に乾燥済みのリサイク ル繊維を含有する、請求項7記載の方法。 11.0.5〜5.0重量%の反応性陽イオン架橋型湿潤強力樹脂添加剤に よって処理された繊維,5〜40%と、これと均一に混和された非処理繊維,9 5〜60%とを含み、前記樹脂が少なくとも部分的に架橋されているセルロース 繊維紙製品であって、繊維の全てが等量の樹脂によって処理されている同様な製 品に比べて、強化された乾燥強度と改良された再パルプ化性とを有する上記セル ロース繊維紙製品。 12.繊維の10〜30%が樹脂添加剤によって処理されている、請求項1 1記載の紙製品。 13.樹脂が尿素−ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物、メラミン−尿素−ホルム アルデヒド縮合生成物及びポリアミド−エピクロロヒドリン反応生成物から成る 群から選択される、請求項11記載の紙製品。 14.樹脂がポリアミド−エピクロロヒドリン反応生成物である、請求項1 3記載の紙製品。 15.製品中のセルロース繊維の総量に基づいて0.1〜0.6重量%の樹 脂を含有する、請求項11記載の紙製品。 16.主として、決して前乾燥されていない生セルロース繊維を含む、請求 項11記載の紙製品。 17.決して前乾燥されていない生繊維と、少なくとも5%の既に乾燥済み のリサイクル繊維との混合物を含む、請求項11記載の紙製品。 18.90〜0%の決して前乾燥されていない生繊維と10〜100%の既 に乾燥済みのリサイクル繊維とを含有する混合物を含む、請求項17記載の紙製 品。
