Claims (15)
- ハウジング(2)と、金属膜(5)によって前記ハウジング(2)に取り付けられた圧力室(10)に露出され得るハウジング要素(3)と、前記ハウジング要素(3)に作用して、測定セル(4)に伝達される圧力を、それから得られる力として間接的に測定することができる前記測定セル(4)とを含む圧力センサ(1)であって、前記ハウジング要素(3)がピンとして実現され、前記ハウジング(2)から突き出ることを特徴とする圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記ハウジング要素(3)の長さが、その直径の少なくとも2倍、好ましくは少なくとも4倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記測定セル(4)が圧電測定セルであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記測定セル(4)が力測定セルであることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記測定セル(4)が前記圧力センサ(1)の内部の中央に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記膜(5)が前記ピン(3)に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記膜(5)が前記ハウジング(2)に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記膜(5)が封止部分(7)に溶接されて、前記圧力室(10)と前記圧力センサ(1)のために備えられた取付け開口部(12)との間に封止部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記測定セル(4)が、前記圧力センサ(1)の取付け状態とは関係なくプレストレスが与えられることを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記膜(5)が本質的に環形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記膜(5)耐高温材料で、好ましくはニッケルをベースとする合金から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記圧力センサ(1)が、燃焼室、特にエンジンの燃焼室の中の圧力を測定するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記圧力センサ(1)がヒータ・プラグの中に統合されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記圧力センサ(1)が、射出成形ツールの中の圧力を測定するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1から13までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記圧力センサ(1)が、シリンダ・ヘッド・ガスケットの中に構築されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1から14までのいずれかに記載の圧力センサ。
